One of the goals of the Holy Quran is to guide and guide people to have a healthy society, and in the individual dimension of social health, the Holy Quran has expressed ways to improve it. The present study examined Surah Hajarat case by case with a library method and descriptive-analytical method in order to find solutions to increase the individual dimension of social health. The findings of the research show four solutions in the dimensions of insight, motivation, motivation and action to increase individual health in the society: the first solution titled "vision solution" includes belief in divine knowledge, counting the opportunity to serve God as a blessing, belief in the brotherhood of people in society, and positive thinking. Regarding the members of the society, it is the belief in the equality of the members of the society and faith in God; The second solution, named "Secretary solution", introduces things such as observing divine piety and obeying God; The third solution is "Motivational solution" which recommends things like optimism for the future and hope of getting rewards, and the fourth solution is called "Active solution" to observe courtesy towards the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and not to trust words without an authentic source. respect for each other, peace and no mockery and backbiting. Another important achievement of the current study is the direct connection of the above four solutions to each other, in which case individual health is realized.

The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of mindfulness based cognitive therapy on perceived stress and care burden of mothers with children with cancer. The research method was quasi-experimental and of pre-test, post-test with a control group type. For this purpose, 24 mothers with cancer children in Omid Hospital in Isfahan in 2000 who had entry criteria and willingness to participate in the study were selected and randomly assigned to two experimental (12 subjects) and control (12 subjects) groups. Subjects in two groups, responded to research tools before and after intervention, and one month later, in the follow-up phase: Cohen et all Perceived Stress. (1983) and Zarit et al Care Burden (1988). The experimental group received eight 90-minute of mindfulness based cognitive therapy sessions. No intervention was carried out on the control group. Multivariate covariance analysis was used to analyze the data. The findings indicated a reduction in perceived stress and care burden in the experimental group compared to the control group. According to the findings, mindfulness based cognitive therapy can be used to decrease stress and anxiety and to increase care in mothers with cancer children.

The aim of this study was to identify the influential factors in successful marriage and rank them from the perspective of experts using Fuzzy TOPSIS method. To achieve this, an initial review of relevant research on successful marriage was conducted using content analysis. 70 domestic and international studies related to successful marriage factors were examined, resulting in the identification of 41 influential factors. Subsequently, a seven-point Likert scale questionnaire was developed based on these factors and provided to marriage experts. Following expert feedback, the Fuzzy TOPSIS method, implemented through MATLAB software, was used to rank the success factors in marriage. The findings demonstrated that successful marriage is a multidimensional phenomenon, requiring inter-personal skills and a set of personal traits for marital success. Furthermore, the results indicated that mental health, intellectual maturity, and mutual trust are the three primary factors for successful marriage, while contrary to common belief, age and educational compatibility were among the least influential factors. Consequently, it appears that pre-marital education on these criteria may assist couples in achieving a successful marriage.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral psychodrama group therapy (CBPGT) on the fear of negative(FNE) and positive evaluation(FPE) and social anxiety in socially anxious Adolescents. The research method was semi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design and one-month follow-up with the control group. The statistical include 250 females in ninth grade in Sirjan City in the academic year 2021-22 after screening and initial diagnosis, 24 persons were conveniently selected and randomly assigned to the experimental and the control groups. Before any intervention, a pre-test was taken from groups and then the experimental group received integrated CBPGT for 9 sessions (120 minutes per session) (Treadwell et al,2016) per week. The research tools included the Social Anxiety Scale for Adolescents(Puklek, 2008), fear of negative evaluation (Leary, 1983), and fear of positive evaluation (Weeks et al., 2008) and The data were analyzed using SPSS-24 software and the statistical method of MANCOVA and ANCOVA. The results of Multivariate analysis of covariance demonstrated that after the control of pre-test effects, there was significant difference in the linear combination of fear of negative and positive evaluation and social anxiety of the two groups (Wilks' lambda= 0.048, F= 71/45, P= 0.001). The results of ANCOVA showed a significant decrease in FNE and FPE and social anxiety in the experimental group participants compared to the control group(P≤0/01). The findings of this research provide useful information about the Integrated and counselors and psychologists can use this integrated intervention to improve SAD in adolescents.

The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of the positive parenting training program on parenting competence and the quality of parent-child relationships in mothers of first secondary students. The research was semi-experimental with a pre-test, post-test and follow-up plan with a control group. The statistical population included the mothers of first secondary female students (age range 13 to 15 years old) in Cherdavel city in the academic year 2022-2023, 20 subjects were selected by available sampling method and were randomly divided into two experimental and control groups. And they were subjected to an 8-session intervention. The tool for collecting information was the parenting competence questionnaire and the parent-child relationship questionnaire. The results showed that the positive parenting program had a significant effect on parenting competence and the quality of parent-child relationships. The amount of parental competence and the quality of the parent-child relationship increased in mothers who participated in the positive parenting program. As a result, this program can be used to increase the parent-child relationship.

The research method is comparative qualitative content analysis, and in order to collect information, a library method has been used in the way of reading text and taking notes.
