تدوین الگوی تعامل والد-نوجوان: یک مطالعه داده بنیاد

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین الگوی تعامل والد-نوجوان با رویکرد کیفی و بر مبنای نظریه داده‌بنیاد و با به‌کارگیری روش مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته انجام شد. روش: بدین منظور تعداد 12 نوجوان در شهرهای مشهد، سبزوار، جوین و کاشمر در سال 1403-1402 به شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب و داده‌ها تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری گردآوری و پس از پیاده‌سازی متن مصاحبه‌ها با روش تجزیه‌وتحلیل اشترواس و کوربین در فرایندی سه‌مرحله‌ای با کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج کدگذاری باز و محوری منجر به شناسایی 151 کد باز و 14 مقوله محوری گردید. همچنین، نتایج کدگذاری انتخابی نشان داد که مقوله هسته «تعامل سازنده والد-نوجوان» است که تحت‌تأثیر شرایط علّی (گفتمان حمایتی، تعاملی و عاطفی)، شرایط مداخله‌گر(عوامل درون و برون خانوادگی) و شرایط زمینه‌ای (بستر مدیریتی) در قالب راهبردهای حمایتگرانه، تعاملی-مشارکتی، نقّادانه، مدیریتی و خلاقانه است که حاصل آن پیامدهایی در ابعاد فردی، تعاملی و اجتماعی در راستای تعامل والد-نوجوان است. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر توصیه می‌شود از الگوی حاضر به‌منظور بهبود تعامل والدین و نوجوانان و همین‌طور طراحی برنامه‌های مختلف در جهت تسهیل و تقویت روابط والد-نوجوان استفاده گردد.

Aim: The current research was conducted with the aim of developing a model of parent-adolescent interaction with a qualitative approach and based on grounded theory and using the semi-structured interview method. Method: For this purpose, a number of 12 adolescents in the cities of Mashhad, Sabzevar, Joveyn, and Kashmar in 2023-2024 were selected through purposive and convenience sampling and data were collected until theoretical saturation was reached and after transcribing the text of the interviews with the analysis method of Strauss and Corbin. They were analyzed in a three-step process with open, central and selective coding. Findings: The results of open and axial coding led to the identification of 151 open codes and 14 axial categories. Furthermore, the results of selective coding showed that the core category of constructive parent-adolescent interaction is influenced by causal conditions (supportive, interactive and emotional discourse), intervening conditions (inside and outside family factors) and background conditions (management platform) in The form of supportive, interactive-participatory, critical, managerial and creative strategies is the result of which there are consequences in individual, interactive and social dimensions in the direction of parent-adolescent interaction. Conclusion: According to the findings of the present research, it is recommended to use the current model to improve the interaction between parents and teenagers, as well as to design different programs to facilitate and strengthen parent-teenager relationships.
