Self-differentiation is a dynamic process that is formed and experienced under the influence of various conditions and is also considered dependent on the cultural and social context. Considering this issue, the question was raised to explore conditions associated with self-differentiation formation in families. To find the answer to this question, the qualitative approach, the systematic design of grounded theory at the level of conceptual ordering, was used. 17 participants were interviewed through criterion sampling and according to data saturation. Data analysis was done using the first stage of Strauss and Corbin's coding method. After data analysis, 183 primary codes were identified, and then in the process of integration and comparison, 48 subcategories and nine categories were formed and classified into causal, contextual, and mediating conditions. The findings show that challenging conditions and motivation to progress lead people to self-differentiation. In addition to those causal conditions, if people are in intermediary conditions such as gaining different experiences in life, self-determining characteristics, and the desire to succeed, as well as background conditions such as communication with successful models, social and cultural structures, contexts, and events in the family, as well as the cooperative atmosphere and to be supported by the family, the formation process of their self-differentiation is facilitated and accelerated. The present study's findings, in addition to enriching national knowledge and guidance for future research, provided a deeper understanding of this psychological characteristic in the cultural context, which can also have extraordinary practical consequences in counseling and psychotherapy about multicultural issues.

In Iran's educational system, guiding students to increase their academic/career preparation as well as achieving success in school and after school is one of the duties of school counselors. The purpose of this research is to examine the challenges of newly hired school counselors in the management of students' academic guidance using the method of qualitative thematic analysis. In this study, eight school counselors were selected using convenience sampling. The data obtained from the semi-structured interviews were analyzed based on the Brown and Clark thematic analysis method. Based on the results, five main themes were obtained, which are: challenges related to the academic guidance program, students' problems in successfully performing academic guidance, lack of preparation of counselors before employment in school, barriers to counselor's professional performance during employment in school, and challenges of counselors' professional identity. Recognizing and examining the challenges of novice counselors around the academic guidance program leads to more effectiveness and cooperation with teachers, administrators and families in order to improve the level of students' growth. The results of these surveys will be successfully reflected in the fields of academic, professional and personal/social development of students.

The family is one of the most important platforms in which Islamic education can be realized. In the field of parenting, there are various practical ways and tools. According to the rich teachings of the religion of Islam, one of the main strategies is to use the tool of words. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the speech-based emotional education package on children's speech ability, parent-child relationship, and Islamic education. The research is a semi-experimental method with a pre-test, post-test and follow-up with a control group. 60 Tehrani mothers with children between 3.5 and 6.5 years old who had access to virtual space constituted the statistical population of the research. The research tools are Pianta's parent-child relationship scales (1994), Ishaghi's Islamic education (2017) and the Okhovat's ability to speak well (2018). The research data was analyzed by the method of variance analysis with repeated measurement, which by considering the difference of the averages in all the three mentioned scales, it was determined that the training provided was still effective after one month. In total, the results indicated that emotional education based on speech is significantly effective in increasing children's speech ability, parent-child relationship, and Islamic education in children under 7 years of age.

The knowledge and skills of counselors are decisive in the correct implementation of educational-career guidance of students. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of educational-career guidance training on the knowledge and skills of counselors in first secondary schools. The research method was semi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population included all counselors of the first secondary schools working in the academic year of 1400-1401 in the cities of Tehran province, 30 people were selected as available sampling and were randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups. First, a pre-test was taken, and then the experimental group received 8 sessions of academic-career guidance training, and at the end, a post-test was taken from both groups. The tool of data collection was a researcher-made questionnaire to measure the knowledge and skills of counselors in the field of academic guidance, which was designed and distributed after ensuring the validity and reliability of this research due to the lack of a suitable questionnaire. The data analysis method is covariance analysis and the findings of the research showed that the special educational-career guidance training has significantly improved the knowledge and skills of the counselors of the first secondary schools in the cities of Tehran province. It can be concluded that the training presented in this research can be effective in improving the knowledge and skills of counselors and can be used by those in charge of school counselor training in Iran's higher education system.

The purpose of this study was to The mediating role of emotion regulation in rejection parental and mental pain in people with self-injury.The research method was descriptive in the form of structural equations. The statistical population of this study included all adolescents girl and boy with self-injury in Robat-Karim And Islamshahr city of Tehran in summer of 1398 That the sample size 204 people Selected as available. Research tools included the Clonsky & Glenn Self-harm Function Inventory Scale (ISAS), the Sanson et al Self-injury questionnaire (SHI), the Gratz & Roemer emotion regulation difficulties Scale (DERS), The Parental Acceptance-Rejection Questionnaire (PARQ), the Oerbach & Mikulincer Mental Pain Scale (OMMP). Data were analyzed using structural equation method using Emus 24 software. The results showed that the conceptual model of the research, which assumed mental pain, parental rejection, and emotion regulation, predicted self-injury behaviors. Parental rejection had indirect effect on self-injury due to emotion regulation (β = 0.148, P = 0.050). Parental rejection is as much a preparation for childhood Causes one to resort to maladaptive emotional regulation strategies in response to the mental pain arising from parental rejection, which ultimately leads to self-injury behaviors as behavioral strategies.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of mandala coloring on exam anxiety, mental health and attention. The research design was experimental and of pre-test-post-test type with experimental and control groups. The statistical population of the research included all female students of the first secondary level in Isfahan city in 1402-1401, among them there were 30 students who scored higher in the test anxiety questionnaire (Friedman and Bendas-Jacob, 1997). They were randomly selected from the cut-off point and assigned to two experimental and control groups in the same way. In the next stage, both groups were pre-tested and the subjects completed the mental health questionnaire (Goldberg, 1972) and the attention questionnaire (Brown and Ryan, 2003). Then the subjects of the experimental group were exposed to the intervention (mandala coloring), but the subjects of the control group did not receive any intervention. After the end of the interventions, the post-test was done again for both groups. The data were analyzed by multivariate covariance analysis and univariate covariance analysis. The results showed that mandala coloring has a significant effect on reducing exam anxiety and improving students' mental health and attention . It is suggested that by disseminating the results and applying more of this treatment to counseling and psychotherapy centers of schools, it will help to reduce the anxiety of the exam to the favorable state of mental health and mindfulness of students.

The state of mental disorders and injuries in people who refer to psychological service centers can indicate both the mental state of the people in the society and the people's point of view towards the use of psychological services and counseling. Therefore, the aim of this study was measuring the state of mental disorders in the clients of psychological service and counseling centers in Tehran. this study Based on the purpose was applied and in terms of the nature, was a descriptive - survey research. Statistical population included the clients of the psychological services center of Nasim Aramesh in Tehran. The sample size in this research was calculated as 300 people. Data analysis was done using descriptive and inferential indicators in SPSS 27 software. The research tool included the SCL90. Findings showed that the symptoms of depression, paranoid ideation, obsessive-compulsive and anxiety were the most prevalent among clients. In addition, women suffer from a more unfavorable situation than men in the subscales of somatization, depression, anxiety, phobia and overall test. These results show that the general population of people who refer to counseling centers in our country do not have a very favorable psychological state, and on the other hand, they refer to mental service centers when they are involved in all kinds of mental disorders and harms. In other words, getting rid of mental sufferings has priority over the necessity of personal growth among clients of psychological centers.
