چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی الگوی ساختاری غنی بودن پیوند کار-خانواده با عزت نفس و امنیت روان­شناختی اجرا شد. روش پژوهش همبستگی و نمونه پژوهش 385 نفر از کارکنان یک بانک خصوصی در شهر اصفهان بودند که به شیوه‌ی نمونه­گیری سهل­الوصول انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه غنی­ بودن پیوند کار-خانواده (رشید و همکاران، 2011)، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته عزت نفس در محیط کار و پرسشنامه امنیت روان­شناختی  بودند. داده‌ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و الگو­سازی معادله ساختاری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل از الگو­سازی معادله ساختاری نشان داد که غنی­ بودن پیوند کار-خانواده هم به­طور مستقیم و هم به­طور غیرمستقیم از طریق عزت نفس با امنیت روان­شناختی دارای رابطه معنادار (05/0>p) است. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که عزت نفس متغیر واسطه­ای پاره­ای در رابطه غنی­ بودن پیوند کار-خانواده با امنیت روان­شناختی است. نتایج این پزوهش نشان داد که غنی بودن پیوند کار- خانواده قادر به تقویت عزت نفس و امنیت روان­شناختی است.
