چکیده
پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی اثر بخشی آموزش رویکرد راه حل –محور بر سازگاری زناشویی زوج های مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره خانواده شهر بوشهر صورت گرفته است. رویکرد راه حل – محور یکی از انواع درمان های کوتاه مدت است که بر یافتن راه حل ها توسط مراجع با کمک مشاور تاکید دارد. نمونه پژوهش شامل 44 زوج است که دارای کمترین سطح سازگاری زناشویی بودند که به طور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شده اند. ابزار پژوهش عبارت از پرسشنامه بازنگری شده پرسشنامه سازگاری زناشویی است. طرح پژوهشی از نوع طرح پیش آزمون، پس آزمون با گروه کنترل و آزمون پیگیری است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها علاوه بر استفاده از روش های آمار توصیفی از آزمون اندازه گیری مکرر استفاده شده است. تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که رویکرد راه حل –محور به طور معناداری سازگاری زناشویی زوج ها را بهبود بخشیده است.

This research was done in order to consider the effectiveness of training of solution-focused approach on marriage adjustment of couples who called in family counseling centers in Busheher. Solution-focused approach is one of the short-term remedies that emphasizes on finding solution by clients with the help of counselor. The research sample consisted of 44 couples who had lowest level of marriage adjustment and accidentally divided into two groups, namely experimental group and control group. The research tool was oxford reviewed questionnaire of Marriage Adjustment Test (MAT). The research plan was of pre-test, post-test with control group and of follow-up test kind. In addition to using descriptive statistics, repeated measuring test was also used to analyze the data. The results showed that solution-focused approach was improved meaningfully by marriage adjustment.
