In order to analyze the data, Covariance analyzes and follow-up test were used. The findings confirmed that intervention Adlerian group counseling has made a meaningful promotion of resiliency but the cognitive based on reconstruction in allegory effectiveness didn’t get any meaningful effect. Furthermore, a comparison between the interventions of the two counseling groups in terms of increasing resiliency was not meaningless. Results of 2 group’s scores after 2 months showed that the intervention effect is endurable so we can recognize the intervention in Adlerian way has deeper effectiveness in people interpretation and it is because of the emphasis on recognition and personality dynamics.
