چکیده

چکیده
هدف و زمینه : حل تعارض سازنده می تواند منجر به نتایجی همچون رضایت زناشویی، تقویت رابطه و بهزیستی گردد. هدف این مطالعه کاوش حوزه های تعارض زوجین رضایتمند ایرانی و راهبردهای حل تعارض این زوجین است.
روش:10 زوج رضایتمند ایرانی در این پژوهش شرکت کردند، آن‌ها با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و نمونه‌گیری تا زمان رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. تحلیل محتوای قراردادی به‌منظور استخراج مضامین و خرده مضامین این مطالعه استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: سه مضمون همراه با خرده مضامینش به‌دست‌آمد که عبارت‌اند از:1) تعارض های متفاوت در مراحل مختلف ازدواج(تعارضهای مرحله پیش از ازدواج، مرحله نامزدی، مرحله اولیه ازدواج و مرحله ثانویه ازدواج)، 2) نقش خانواده‌ها در تعارض‌ها( خانواده ها به عنوان منبع حمایتی، کمرنگ شدن نقش خانواده ها به مرور زمان)، 3) راهبردهای سازنده برای حل تعارض‌های زن و شوهری و خانوادگی (روشن‌سازی، حمایت از همسر و منظومه زن‌وشوهری، سازگاری، جبران، افزایش استقلال، آرام‌بخشی، بهره گیری از منابع حمایتی).
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که تعارض‌ها و راهبردهایی که زوجین رضایتمند برای حل تعارض‌ها استفاده می‌کنند مبتنی بر فرهنگ هستند و نیاز بیشتری به مطالعات حساس به فرهنگ و ایجاد برنامه‌های مداخله‌ای مبتنی بر این مطالعات وجود دارد.

Areas of Conflict and Strategies of Resolving Conflicts in Satisfied Couples

Abstract
Background and Purpose: constructive conflict resolution can lead to outcomes like marital satisfaction, strengthening the relationship and well-being. The purpose of this study was to explore the areas of conflicts of Iranian satisfied couples and the strategies they use to resolve their conflicts.
Methods: 10 Iranian satisfied couples participated in this study. They were selected through purposeful sampling and sampling continued until theoretical saturation was obtained. Conventional content analysis was used to extract themes and subthemes of the study.
Results: Three themes with their subthemes were obtained that are:1) different conflicts in different stages of marriage(premarital, engagement, newly wedding, marital stages); 2) the role of families in conflicts(Families as supportive sources, Decreasing the role of families gradually); 3) using different strategies to resolve marital and familial conflicts (Clarification, supporting spouse and marital system, compromising, compensation, increasing independence, soliciting, using supportive sources).
Conclusion: the results of this study indicated that conflicts and strategies couples use to resolve is culture based and there is more need of culturally sensitive studies and clinical intervention based upon these studies.
