چکیده
تربیت جنسی در جامعه ایران یکی از حوزههای حساس و در عین حال کمتر سامانیافته نظام آموزشی و تربیتی است که با چالشهای فرهنگی، اجتماعی و خانوادگی متعددی مواجه است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین و اعتباریابی برنامه آموزشی تربیت جنسی خانوادهمحور انجام شد. روش مطالعه از نوع توسعهای ـ کاربردی و با رویکرد کیفی بوده و جامعه آماری شامل خبرگان حوزههای تعلیم و تربیت، روانشناسی، مشاوره، علوم تربیتی، فقه و حقوق اسلامی بود. دادهها از طریق مرور اسناد، مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته و پرسشنامه قضاوت خبرگان گردآوری و با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون بررسی شدند. فرایند تدوین برنامه آموزشی در چهار مرحله (استخراج مبانی نظری، اجماعسازی، روایی محتوایی، تنظیم نسخه نهایی) انجام گرفت. یافتهها نشان داد که برنامه بر چهار بخش اصلی اهداف، اصول، محتوای آموزشی و مخاطبان استوار است. اهداف در سه سطح فردی، خانوادگی و اجتماعی تعریف شد؛ اصول بر همسویی با ارزشهای اسلامی ـ ایرانی، تناسب رشدی و خانوادهمحوری تأکید داشتند؛ و محتوای آموزشی ابعاد چندگانهای از جمله هویت جنسی، سلامت جنسی، مهارتهای والدگری، پیشگیری از آسیبها و آزارهای جنسی و سالمسازی محیط را پوشش داد. مخاطبان اصلی برنامه مربیان تخصصی و تسهیلگران اجتماعی معرفی شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که اجرای این برنامه میتواند به استانداردسازی آموزشهای جنسی، ارتقای آگاهی و توانمندسازی والدین و مربیان، کاهش آسیبهای اجتماعی و تحکیم بنیان خانواده کمک کند و در نهایت الگویی یکپارچه و منسجم برای آموزشهای جنسی متناسب با فرهنگ اسلامی ـ ایرانی ارائه دهد.

Development and Validation of a Family-Centered Sex Education Curriculum

Sexual education in Iranian society is a sensitive yet insufficiently organized area within the educational system, facing various cultural, social, and familial challenges. This study aimed to develop and validate a family-centered sexual education Curriculum. The research adopted a developmental–applied design with a qualitative approach. Participants included experts in education, psychology, counseling, educational sciences, Islamic jurisprudence, and Islamic law. Data were collected through document analysis, semi-structured interviews, and expert judgment questionnaires, and analyzed using thematic analysis. The guideline development process was conducted in four stages: extraction of theoretical foundations, consensus building, content validity assessment, and finalization of the Curriculum. Findings showed that the guideline was structured around four main components: objectives, principles, educational content, and target audiences. Objectives were defined at individual, familial, and social levels. The principles emphasized compatibility with Islamic-Iranian values, developmental appropriateness, and family-centeredness. Educational content included sexual identity, sexual health, parenting skills, prevention of sexual abuse and harm, and promotion of a healthy environment. Specialized educators and social facilitators were identified as the primary target groups. The findings suggest that implementation of this Curriculum can help standardize sexual education, enhance awareness and empowerment among parents and educators, reduce social harms, and strengthen family foundations by providing a coherent framework for culturally appropriate sexual education in the Islamic-Iranian context.
