This paper tries to present vernacular concept of boundaryless career and investigates the relation between characteristics of personality and boundaryless career attitude. The present study uses correlation method. The employees of the Allameh Tabataba’i University in the academic years of 2013 and 2014 were chosen as statistical society. The selected sample included 226 individuals. Neo-FFI and Briscoe questionnaire on boundaryless career attitudes were used for data collection. By applying Pearson correlation, regression analysis and structural equations model, a significant and positive correlation between extroversion and boundaryless mindset resulted. Also, the findings showed a significant and negative correlation between nervousness and conscientiousness with mobility preference. We can conclude that individuals high in extroversion probably are higher in boundaryless mindset, while those have less nervousness and conscientiousness probably higher in mobility preference.

The present study analyzes the efficacy of emotion-focused couple therapy (EFT) on the change of attachment styles and sexual intimacy of couples. This study is a quasi-experimental one with pretest and control group. For this aim, 25 couples who for marital conflicts had visited private counseling centers in Mashhad were selected by non-probability sampling voluntarily. 12 couples were put in the experimental group and 13 couples in the control group. All the participants filled in the attachment styles questionnaire of Collins & Reed and sexual intimacy questionnaire. Those in the experimental group took part in nine 1.5-hour sessions of emotion-focused couple therapy (EFT). After the end of therapy sessions, those in the two groups again filled in the mentioned questionnaire. The goal of this study was to describe the mediating role of early maladaptive schemas in relation of attachment styles and depression. The sample group in this study included 300 students from Amir Kabir and Allameh Tbatbaii university in 2012-2013 year. Data were gathered through the application of three scales: Beck depression scale, Young Schema questionnaire short form (SQ - SF) and adult attachment style (AAI). The results of the path analysis test showed the mediating role of early maladaptive schemas in relation of attachment styles and depression. This analysis illustrated that secure and insecure attachment styles, both in a direct and indirect way, had a significant role in depression. The rate of the direct effect of secure attachment style on depression was -0/17 (p value <0/05) and the rate of the indirect variable through early maladaptive schemas was -0/46 (p value <0/05). Also, the rate of the direct effect of ambivalent and avoidant insecure attachment style on depression was 0/14 و 0/06 (p value <0/05) and rate of the indirect effect of these two variables through early maladaptive schemas was 0/104 و 0/14 (p value<0/05). Therefore the findings of this study showed that attachment styles through early maladaptive schemas make depression.

Therefore, the purpose of this research is to study and comparison of the effectiveness of integrative behavioral couple therapy (IBCT) and redecision therapy in improvement of marital distress of competing couples. Method: The quasi-experimental design with pre-test, post-test and control group was used. Accordingly, 42 couples that had marital conflicts were chosen using convenience sampling from counseling centers of the Sanandaj city. The participants were randomly assigned to control and treatment groups. One of the experimental groups received integrative behavioral couple therapy (IBCT), another experimental group received redecision therapy but control group did not receive any intervention. Findings: results showed that gender of couples had little impact on the effectiveness of interventions. Statistical analysis also showed that both integrative behavioral therapy and redecision therapy were effective in decreasing marital distress (P<01). But IBCT had greater impact on decreasing and maintaining of treatment gains up to two months after the end of treatment. Conclusion: Consolidated treatments are being developed and it is hoped that the application of this approach by the experts and consultants met more enthusiasm.
