Despite of valid findings about the effectiveness of new treatments of generalized anxiety disorder there is still more unanswered questions about understanding the mediators of these treatments .This study was conducted with the purpose of investigation in therapy mediations and the effect of therapy commitment in the reduction of the symptoms of general anxiety disorder and present solutions for improvement of its treatments. A mixture of qualitative (case study) and quantitative methods (Single case experimental design of AB type) were used. The population was consisted of clients (25 to 60) visited the counseling and health centers in Sanandj on June and July of 2010. The statistical sample was five participants with a different age, gender, duration of disorder and having depression. The SCID-I (a semi structured diagnostic interview), Acceptance (AAQ-REV-19 scale), Valued-life (VLQ) and GADQ-IV questionnaires were used. The findings show that this kind of treatment is effective and the variants of " Acceptance", "Value of life" work as the mediations. As a matter of evidence, some models of the change of mediation in treatment based on on the variation of research are inscribed.

Academic selfñ regulation was one of the fundamental issues in Pedagogical and Educational system and it seemed that it had a relation to meta-cognition. This important educational issue has been studied from both theoretical and applied perspectives. The aim of this study was to determine the role of cognitive elements in academic self- regulation. In this correlation, three hundred and eighteen boys of second degree of high school in the 6th educational borough of Tehran by cluster sampling method were chosen. They were asked to fill in the following questionnaires: Wells & Cartwright ñ Hatton metacognitive beliefs questionnaire (2004), O'nell & Abedi metacognitive State questionnaire (1996) and Ryan & Conell academic Self-Regulation questionnaire (1989). Multiple regression analysis and Pearsons correlation coefficiency were applied on the data. Statistical analyses presented a positive correlation between metacognitive state and academic self- regulation. On the other hand, there was a negative association between meta-cognitive believes and academic self- regulation. Furthermore, analyses showed that %26 variance of academic self- regulation can be predicted by three metacognitive components: planning, uncontrollability and the need to control. Based on the finding of this study, metacognitive beliefs and metacognitive state are both associated with academic self- regulation, but in a different way. Thus, acquiring para- cognitive elements can be influential in improving the academic self- regulation of students. None the less, it is required that the findings of this research be considered when the selection and setting of the educational context are done.

To investigate the impact of organized behavior of citizens and emotional intelligence on job satisfaction of the employees, a descriptive case study in interdependence type was done in Haft Almas Company. The sample statistical society was composed of 227 employees of the mentioned company chosen through a stratified random sampling. To gather the required data, questionnaires of organizational citizenship behavior, emotional intelligence, and job satisfaction were used. The Alpha coefficient factors of the above questionnaires were respectively, 0.872, 0.726, and 0.718. Moreover, the interpretation of the performative research was done in interdependence approach and structural equations. The findings showed that there is a relation between organized behavior of citizens, emotional intelligence in job satisfaction. Furthermore, the results suggest that organized behavior of citizens accounts for 48% of variations in job satisfaction, and emotional intelligence accounts for 76% of variations in job satisfaction. Other findings of the study showed that there is a statistically significant relation between job satisfaction and the level of education. In addition, the minor findings of the research show that there is a meaningful relation between the job satisfaction and the level of education. However, there was not a significant difference between genders in terms of job satisfaction.

This research aims at comparing the effectiveness of training skills of parents in problem solving and expressiveness on the social adaptation and educational progress of their children. This study was conducted randomly on 24 high school boys in Somehsara. The research method was semi- experimental proper to dimentions. The means of research were questionnaires relating to social adjustment of high school students (AISS) (Sinha and Sink, 1993). (b) the average of the lessons of these students in grade one in high school to analyze the achieved data, first the averages and standard deviations were used and then for testing hypothesis analysis of the variance of a few variables was used. The research results showed that the program of parents' expressing skill has had influence on the increasing of the social adaptation and educational achievement of their students. Problem solving skill has had influence on children's social adaptation, but it hasn't had any influence on their educational achievement. The Findings of this research can be applied to students` educational progress, growth and advancement of social adaptation

This research conducted to study the relationship between personal characteristics (Neurosis, Extrovertness, Openness to experience, and Agreements and Conscientiousness) with marital satisfaction in widows remarried with their brother-in-law in Kermanshah. The statistical population was all widows in Kermanshah who remarried with their brother-in-law.43 women were selected using purposed sampling method. The method used here was marital satisfaction questionnaire in (ENRICH) and NEO-PI-R) five factors inventory. Meanwhile, the analysis of data was done using correlation coefficient and multiple liner regression (Enter method). The results of this research represented that there is a negative relationship between Neuroticism and marital satisfaction. In addition, the element of Conscientiousness has positive relation with marital satisfaction. Moreover, the findings indicated that Conscientiousness and Neuroticism can be nominated as effective elements in marital satisfaction of women (RS=0/13).Furthermore, the findings demonstrate the importance of personal characteristics in predicting the marital satisfaction and necessity of psychological interventions based on cultural background for this type of marriage.

The objective of this study lay in investigating the effect of Positive Parenting Program on pathological Symptoms of children (aged 4 to 12) who received little attention and suffered from hyperactivity disorder. The method of study is the pseudo-experimental along with pretest and posttest. The society entailed mothers of 4-12 year-old- children who went to two clinics . After primary evaluations done according to the criteria of entering the sample, 20 persons were selected and randomly placed in the two groups of trial and control; then, the chosen group was trained in positive parenting group having an 8 session program each took 120 minutes. By using Symptom Checklist ñ 4 to measuring ADHD symptoms, subjects are assessed in pretest, posttest and follow up. The data was analyzed by Multivariate Covariance Analysis. Study findings have indicated that performing Positive Parenting Program resulted in reduction of key symptoms of ADHD in suffering children in comparison to the controlled group. Thus, it is suggested that the medication agents apply such procedure to aid the suffering children.
