Abstract

To investigate the impact of organized behavior of citizens and emotional intelligence on job satisfaction of the employees, a descriptive case study in interdependence type was done in Haft Almas Company. The sample statistical society was composed of 227 employees of the mentioned company chosen through a stratified random sampling. To gather the required data, questionnaires of organizational citizenship behavior, emotional intelligence, and job satisfaction were used. The Alpha coefficient factors of the above questionnaires were respectively, 0.872, 0.726, and 0.718. Moreover, the interpretation of the performative research was done in interdependence approach and structural equations. The findings showed that there is a relation between organized behavior of citizens, emotional intelligence in job satisfaction. Furthermore, the results suggest that organized behavior of citizens accounts for 48% of variations in job satisfaction, and emotional intelligence accounts for 76% of variations in job satisfaction. Other findings of the study showed that there is a statistically significant relation between job satisfaction and the level of education. In addition, the minor findings of the research show that there is a meaningful relation between the job satisfaction and the level of education. However, there was not a significant difference between genders in terms of job satisfaction.
