Advancement in information technology and communication are the tools that improve the relationship between organizations and stakeholders. In fact, technological advancement has changed the boundary of traditional jobs in terms of period of time and place that a task should be accomplished. Teleworking is one of these changes that is based on using computer to handle the tasks out of the office. Current study evaluated job satisfaction and productivity of teleworking and non-teleworking employees in a statistical population of all the staff of Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare by adapting Dante’s job satisfaction questionnaire and Hersi and Gold Smith productivity questionnaire to compare a sample of 240 people that was chosen by random, consisted of 120 in-office staff and 120 telecommunication staff working in this Ministry. The research method used was descriptive and the data were analyzed by applying the discriminate function. The results illustrate that the achieved discriminate function in both teleworking and non-teleworking employees have the suitable distinguishing power to predict the variance, also the average of job satisfaction and job productivity in teleworkers are more than those of non-teleworkers.

The present research aims to develop a treatment protocol by conscious raising based on the activation of the Islamic-spiritual schemas and compare its effectiveness with the process-experiential/emotion-focused therapy on decreasing the social anxiety of female students of Allameh Tabataba’i University. The sample population included 45 female students of the semi-attendance college, who were randomly divided into experiment 1, experiment 2, and control groups, each consisting of 15 subjects. The experiment groups separately received therapeutic interventions in 8 sessions. The research instrument was the Social Phobia and Anxiety Inventory (SPAI). The data were analyzed using covariance analysis and post-test. The results confirmed the first research hypothesis with the probability of 99%. The first hypothesis stated that consciousness raising based on the activation of the Islamic-spiritual schemas was effective on decreasing the social anxiety of female students. Moreover, the results showed that the process-experiential/emotion- focused therapy was effective in decreasing the social anxiety of the female university students. Thus, the second hypothesis was also confirmed with the probability of 99%. The third hypothesis, which predicted a significant difference between the effectiveness of the treatment protocol by consciousness raising based on the activation of the Islamic-spiritual schemas and the process-experiential/emotion-focused therapy on decreasing the social anxiety of female students was confirmed with the probability of 99%.

In this study, the effectiveness of two training programs based on Shafiabadi's multilevel career model and Thomas and Velthouse's cognitive model on the amount of psychological empowerment were compared. The research method was quasi-experimental design (pre- test and post-test type with control group). The research population included all male and female counselors who worked in the two poles of education in Rasht city. 60 people who obtained the lowest grade in research inventory and were ready to participate in training program, selected as the sample randomly proportionally and placed in three groups containing 20 subjects in each group (two experimental groups and one control group). Psychological empowerment inventory was used for data collection which validated by researcher. Using factor analysis, it was found that the questionnaire is a saturation factor. Single-variable covariance and Bonferroni test was used to analyze the data. The results indicated that the effect of training programs based on two model was significant (P<0/001) but there was not any significant difference between the effectiveness of two training programs on psychological empowerment.
