The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of emotional empathy and Successful Intelligence on marital satisfaction with Considering the moderating role of age. The study population consisted of all couples living in the city of Qom in May 1397. 165 people were selected by the Convenience method as a sample group and responded to Inrich's Marital Satisfaction Inventory (1989), the affective empathy scale of Mehrabian and Epstein (1972), and the Grigorenko and Sternberg intelligence scale (2002). The results showed that successful intelligence has a positive and significant relationship with marital satisfaction.Among the dimensions of successful intelligence, only practical intelligence has a positive and significant relationship with marital satisfaction.Regression analysis also showed that successful intelligence has the ability to predict marital satisfaction. But emotional empathy did not show a significant relationship with marital satisfaction. Also, examining the mediating role of age, the findings showed that age does not moderate the relationship between successful intelligence and marital satisfaction. According to the findings of the research, it is suggested that in order to increase the marital satisfaction of couples, in education, emphasis should be placed on the beliefs of the components of successful intelligence that increase the satisfaction of the marital life.

The aim of current study is the comparison of attachment styles, mindful self-care and relational maintenance strategies in Married People with & without Marital Conflict. The research method is descriptive and causal–comparative. The statistical population included two groups of married men and women who living in Tehran city and the other group was married men and women referring to counseling centers located in Tehran city, the sample size was 181 people (group1: people and group 2: 85 people) who voluntary participated in research. Both groups have individually answered to Mindful Self-care Scale from Cook-Cottone (2015), Experiences in Close Relationships-Revised Questionnaire from Fraley, Waller & Bernan (2000), and Relational Maintenance Strategies Measure from Stafford (2011). The results from running MANOVA test showed that in compare to non-distressed married people, the distressed married people had lower scores in mindful self-care and relationship maintenance strategies and higher scores in avoidant and anxious attachment styles. Unresolved conflicts in couple’s relationship can weaken their self-care behaviors, relationship maintenance strategies and lead to acquire avoidant and anxious attachment styles. Therefore, improving the quality of couple’s relationship by means of their training and awareness about relationship maintenance strategies can help them with their self-care behaviors and attachment style improvement.

A healthy society needs national security before it needs comfort, so security concerns in all its branches, especially mental security and social peace, constitute these components as a whole or a system that more than anything else. Of all its interdependent components. The family represents such a system in which members are organized into groups and form a whole that goes beyond the sum of its components. At first, children have no idea of what is good and evil, and therefore they are not responsible for their behavior and are not considered an ethical element and must undergo a gradual and complex process to become an ethical element. . This process depends on two important factors: "development of congenital abilities" and "learning and experience." The present study is a qualitative and field-based study. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews conducted by the researcher, which revealed factors such as secure family circle communication, family safety as a result of healthy and orderly functioning, effort-based ethical development, ethics and program, and family safety. Healthy and regular play a central role in the sense of security and growth of the children of Iranian families.
