Abstract Introduction: One of the characteristics of people who is resistant to tense events is personal-social support. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of personal and social support on the safety of pregnant women living in earthquake-affected areas. The methodology of this research is qualitative and phenomenological, and a semi-structured, deep interview has been used to collect the data. The research sample consisted of 12 pregnant women with a lower secondary education who were selected through a targeted sampling from a 25- to 30-year-old mothers aged in Saral-e-Zahab province. The data analysis led to the production of 2 main floors, 8 sub floors and 46 extraction codes. The main category was "personal supporters", which was subjected to the categories of personal abilities, personal values, the role of personal experiences, personal beliefs and personal vagabonds. The theme of the second floor is "Social Supporting Factors", which was formed from the classes of social values, social protection and family support. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that pregnant women who have experienced an earthquake have effective social support factors such as social values, social protection, family support and personal support factors on the safety of pregnant pregnant women

The perception of spouse has changed with respect to the level of illusion and disillusion, and according to these changes, four states included of optimistic, confusion, realism and devastation are achieved. The aim of this phenomenology research was to identify dynamics of Interaction with spouse in married women in four states. 65 women were selected through purposeful sampling from those who gain the highest score in each of the quadruple states in the researcher-made questionnaire of illusion and disillusion, and in the form of 4 groups participated in this study. Semi-structured interviews were used for data collection and with thematic analysis findings were analyzed. Findings of four groups included 41 sub themes which were classified into three main themes of cognitive, emotional and behavioral dynamics according to similarities, differences and comparing the contents of themes in four study groups. The results of the research showed that identifying each of the four states and the injuries of each state in Marriage, according to the cognition, excitement and behavior of couples and providing preventive and therapeutic strategies tailored to each injury can help the stability of couple's relationship, increase the marital satisfaction and promoting community health. Students educational motivation and concerns for future employment are interlocked and higher education institutions play vital role in this issue. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of of career Selection Skills in predicting the level of students' academic motivation. Method: The experimental design was pretest-posttest with control group. The statistical population consisted of all students referred to Shahrekord University Counseling Center and The sample consisted of 40 students who did not have academic motivation or low academic motivation. They were randomly assigned to two experimental groups (20) and a control group (20). The experimental group trained seven 90-minute sessions. The research instrument was Valerand et al. (1985). The data were analyzed using covariance analysis. The results showed that training of employment skills on internal educational motivation and lack of motivation was significant and did not have significant effect on external educational motivation. Discussion: Training of career Selection Skills has been effective in increasing internal motivation and Lack of academic motivation.

Cancer is one of the most important diseases of the century among the cause of death after cardiovascular disease. Detection of cancer, followed by prolonged treatments, is usually a stressful experience. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of narrative exposure therapy on improvements of quality of life in individuals with cancer-related PTSD. The study population included all female cancer patients with post-traumatic stress disorder at the Center for Hematology and Oncology Fouladshahr Motahari hospitals in early June to mid-September 1395 period were hospitalized formed. Among them, 30 people were selected through targeted sampling and were randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups (in each group15 people).The data collection tool was the WHO )WHOQOL-BRIEF) Quality of Life Questionnaire and the Mississippi Scale. The process of encountering treatment for 6 days and 90 minutes each session was based on narrative of unpleasant memories related to the disease, and the control group did not receive any interventions. The results were analyzed using software of multivariate covariance analysis. The results showed that the exposure of the health care provider in the overall score of quality of life, including physical health, mental health, social communication and environmental health, has improved the quality of life of women with post-traumatic stress disorder associated with cancer. in result It can be used as an effective Narrative exposure therapy the quality of life of these patients in the oncology centers and as complementary therapies along with medical treatments.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between life style and social status of Family of Martyrs and Martyrs terms and ordinary families in Ahwaz city. Way of life is one of the same concepts of lifestyle that is recognized through values and methods of consumption. The methodology of this research is a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population in this study is 24794 Family of Martyrs 12397 Family of Martyrs families of 12397 ordinary families. Sampling is done by probabilistic sampling method. According to the Cochran formula, the sample size is 387 people (families). A written questionnaire was used to collect data. For data analysis, Pearson correlation and regression analysis were used. After the study, it was found that the socio-economic base, body management, religious participation, and cultural capital, respectively, have the greatest role in the lifestyle. The life style of the control and saffron families in terms of social status does not have a significant difference with the lifestyle of ordinary families.

Abstract: Introduction: This study examined sensation seeking as a mediator between willingness to social networks and attachment style with family cohesion among marriage women. Methods and Materials: A descriptive correlational study design was used. The study population included all marriage women of Neyshabour Azad University. 200 individuals were selected by available and voluntary sampling. In order to obtain data, question form Zuckerman Sensation Seeking (1999), Hazan and Shaver Adult Attachment Scale (1987), Salimi use of social networks (2014) and Samani family cohesion questionnaire (2002) were used. The data were analyzed through correlation and path analysis using the SPSS and AMOS. Results: Results showed that sensation seeking satisfaction play a significant mediating role in the relationship between willingness to social networks and attachment style with family cohesion and so, willingness to social networks and attachment style have significant correlation with family cohesion (P<0/05(. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that the relationship between the willingness to social networks and attachment style to family cohesion in married women is not a simple linear relationship, and sensation seeking can mediate this relationship.

Elderly is a critical period of human life and paying attention to the needs and issues of this stage is a social necessity. The aim of this study was prediction of death anxiety on the basis of quality of relationship with god in Seniors people. The statistical population of the study consisted of all elderly people of Meshkin Shahr in 1397. 200 people were selected randomly by cluster sampling . They answered 2 questionnaires: death anxiety and quality of relationship with god. The data were analyzed using correlation and multiple regression methods at alpha level of 0.01. The results of the correlation analysis and multivariate regression showed that dimensions of hope and affection for god are the negative predictors of death anxiety, but disappointment, insolence, enmity the component of fear of the desired dimensions of communication with god are the positive predictor of death anxiety. A total of 76% of death anxiety is predicted by 6 components of the quality of communication with God. Among these 6 components, the component of hope in the dimension of faith And the component of Jasmine in the dimension of disbelief Beta rate are respectively ( -0/401) (0/315) strongest Variable To predict death anxiety. The results of this study showed Spirituality and quality of communication with god can reduce the level of anxiety in the death of the elderly. Therefore, the quality of communication with god and the good relationship with God can be one of the solutions to the anxiety of death.

The aim of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of child-parent relationship therapy on parental- acceptance and decreasing of disruptive behavior in primary school children. This study was an experimental research design was pretest-posttest with control group. the statical population consisted of all mothers who have primary school girl children. The sample comprised 30 mothers were selected and were assigned in two group (excremental and control) randomly. For experimental group was executed at ten session of a CPRT program. Instruments for data collection were Porter Parental Acceptance Scale and Eyberg child behavior Inventory. The results of multivariate covariance showed that there were significant difference in parental acceptance and of disruptive Behavior between pre-test and post-test in experimental group (p<0/05). Therefore, attention to the efficacy of child-parent relationship therapy on parental- acceptance and decreasing of disruptive behavior have special importance.
