Effectiveness of Processing Teaching of Verbal Communication Based on the Quranic Verses on Reduction of Conflicts between Mother and Daughter

Abstract This research which was based on fore test and after test half experimental studies with a control group was done with the purpose of considering the effectiveness of processing teaching of verbal communication based on Quranic verses on reduction of conflicts between mother and young daughter. To do so, having used cluster sample, we chose an area from among Isfahan different states and then accidentally from among the high schools in that area we chose a high school (the first grade in a high school for female). Then after our announcement we chose some of the girls with conflicts and problems with their parents. After our interview with them and figuring out what kind of problem is between girls and their parents we chose 32 members out of them and randomly were organized in 3 experimental groups including( mother groups, daughter groups and mother and  daughter groups) and a control group. Finally, collected statistics were analyzed with the help of covariance analysis. The results revealed that the processing teaching of verbal communication based on Quranic verses on reduction of conflicts between mother and her young daughter had a meaningful impact on the experimental group. According to findings of the studies it can be claimed that reading the processing teaching of verbal communication based on Quranic verses and principles can be an appropriate method in reducing the level of conflicts between mothers and their young daughters.

Simple and Moderator Relationship of Hopelessness and Family Function with Suicidal Ideation among High Schools Student in Ahwaz City

Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the simple and moderator relationship of hopelessness and family function with suicidal ideation among high school students in Ahwaz city. The population included all of the high school students, and participants were 179 boys and 181 girls selected by multistage cluster random sampling from high schools in Ahwaz City. Participants completed measures of hopelessness, family function and suicidal ideation and model evaluation by SPSS/16. The results showed that there are a significant negative correlation between hopelessness and family function, between family function and suicidal ideation and there are a significant positive correlation between hopelessness and suicidal ideation. In addition, there is a positive and significant relationship between hopelessness and suicidal ideation with moderator family function, butthere is no significant relationship between hopelessness and suicidal ideation with moderator family function in female students.

Abstract Advancement in information technology and communication are the tools that improve the relationship between organizations and stakeholders. In fact, technological advancement has changed the boundary of traditional jobs in terms of period of time and place that a task should be accomplished. Teleworking is one of these changes that is based on using computer to handle the tasks out of the office. Current study evaluated job satisfaction and productivity of teleworking and non-teleworking employees in a statistical population of all the staff of Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare by adapting Dante’s job satisfaction questionnaire and Hersi and Gold Smith productivity questionnaire to compare a sample of 240 people that was chosen by random, consisted of 120 in-office staff and 120 telecommunication staff working in this Ministry. The research method used was descriptive and the data were analyzed by applying the discriminate function. The results illustrate that the achieved discriminate function in both teleworking and non-teleworking employees have the suitable distinguishing power to predict the variance, also the average of job satisfaction and job productivity in teleworkers are more than those of non-teleworkers.

Comparison of sensation seeking and social competence of girls living in well-being boarding centers and girls adopted by families

Abstract Purpose: the aim of present study is to compare of
sensation seeking and social competence between orphan girls (13-20) and girls
with irresponsible caretakers resident in well-being boarding centers with
adopted girls by families.

Method of study: the method of this study is descriptive and it is of
post-event. There are 60 people in this statistical population. In the study
samples, after 30 people from orphan girl and girls with irresponsible
caretakers and 30 girls adopted by family in lorestan province were equaled
from points of age, sex, and education status. They were chosen by available
sampling. The data is gathered by "zuckermans sensation seeking" and
"felner social competence" questionnaires. The results of data are
analyzed by t-test for independent groups.Findings: the findings in this study
showed that there is a meaningful difference between sensation seeking and
social competence among orphan girls and girls with irresponsible caretakers
with girls adopted by families.

Result: It can be said that separation from parents as a traumatic event can
influence the future and growing health and mental health of girls and it faces
them with psychological vulnerabilities.
