The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of mate selection spaces in the stability of joint life and with the aim of comparing resistant mate selection spaces with modern and risky mate selection spaces with the theoretical support of the concepts of mate selection spaces and polarization. The research method was descriptive and causal-comparative. The statistical population included all married girls covered by the Imam Khomeini (RA) Relief Committee during the years 2015 to 2018, in the number of 994 people, who were studied in a comprehensive way. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The results showed that the spouse selection spaces of pilgrimage camps and religious ceremonies as resistant and controllable spouse selection spaces are related to the stability of marriage (C.V=16.8%) and the formation of consanguineous marriages (C.V=11.7%) and can reproduce and continue the function of the traditional spouse selection space. The title should be used as a tool to reproduce the old relations of women (which was choosing a wife) in the society. Based on the findings of the research, it can be concluded that the influence of space on the behavior of social activists through the creation of facilities or restrictions causes the act of choosing a spouse to undergo changes as the most stable human interactions. Therefore, creating spaces for choosing a spouse with facilities such as equal marriage, equal opportunities, consultative selection, collectivism, control and supervision of pre-marital relationships can contribute to the strength and stability of family

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of mindfulness training on anger control and the quality of couples' relationship. The present study is a quasi-experimental study and it was done with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group and the statistical population. (15 experimental group and 15 control). In order to evaluate the research variables, two Novako Anger Questionnaire (AI) (1986) and a questionnaire of 33 questions on the quality of Couples communication (based on the theoretical framework of Mabel-Nanali and Ekman) Khoshkam (2006) were used. The results of the study were analyzed using analysis of covariance. Findings from statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in communication quality and anger control and in the post-test stage. Mindfulness training offers many tools for controlling and managing anger, including focusing on the self and paying attention to one's physical state and emotions. By practicing mindfulness, which is a psychological skill to control anger, couples can understand better how they can communicate and have a better relationship. Being aware of each other's needs, the ability to communicate properly and improve mutual understanding can help married life.

Introduction: Individuals with social anxiety disorder widely perceive online social networks as a convenient platform for social interaction, influencing their preference for online interaction over in-person engagement. The present research aimed to examine the experiences of adolescents with social anxiety disorder on Instagram.Method: The research method used was descriptive phenomenology, conducted through semi-structured interviews with 12 adolescents until data saturation was reached. Instagram was selected as the sole platform among social networks due to its high usage rate and relevance. The study population consisted of male adolescents aged 15 to 18 from Tehran who were users of the Instagram app and had social anxiety disorder. Sampling in this research was done through purposeful sampling using the LaGreca Social Anxiety Scale (1999). Data analysis was carried out using the seven-step Colaizzi method. Results: The findings related to adolescents' experiences were categorized into two core themes: "Restorative Experiences" and "Harmful Experiences." Restorative experiences encompassed four main codes: "establishing connections and maintaining friendships," "emotional regulation," "receiving mental health-related information," and "assisting in social identity formation." The core code for Harmful Experiences included "negative comparisons and evaluations," "undermining social competencies," and "weakening of personality."Findings: Adolescents with social anxiety disorder have varied positive and negative experiences on social networks. Mental health professionals can utilize the findings of this research to develop strategies and interventions tailored to adolescents' experiences

The main family and the quality of the couple's relationship with it is one of the factors that, according to clinical reports, plays a decisive role in creating and fueling marital conflicts. The purpose of this research was to investigate and classify information based on the couples' lived experience of the consequences of the main families' involvement in their joint lives and to classify the strategies used by couples in these interventions. The study method was qualitative and phenomenological. The sample was 13 couples from the city of Kerman, who were selected with a purposeful method. Then, semi-structured interviews were conducted with them, and the information was analyzed by Colaizzi method. The results of the analysis of the interviews showed that the consequences of interventions included two categories of personal consequences and interpersonal consequences. And the strategies used by couples in managing these interferences include three categories of individual strategies with the sub-themes of self-expression, passive dealing with interferences, adopting an indirect approach; couple strategies with the sub-themes of harmony and unity with the spouse, increasing intimacy with the aim of creating unity; And the communication strategies with the family were with the sub-themes of boundary building, family acceptance and reframing of interventions. It seems that the results of this research can help counselors and psychologists in counseling centers and quasi-family centers and educational institutions to have a more realistic analysis of the involvement of the main families in the married life of couples.

The mentalization capacity or the ability to understand the mental state of oneself and others, as well as showing the appropriate reaction to it, can play a significant role in the treatment process and adapting to the changes caused by chronic diseases in life. The aim of this qualitative study is to identify the mentalizing problems of 8-12 years old children with type 1 diabetes (T1D) and their parents. Therefore, the lived experiences of 18 children with T1D and 22 of their parents through a semi-structured interview with Child and Adolescent Reflective Functioning Scale (CRFS) and Parent Development Interview (PDI) have been analyzed and classified, using purposive sampling technique until saturation and transcendental or psychological phenomenological approach. The final outcome of this phenomenological study is the extraction of three general themes, including the underlying factors of breakdowns in mentalizing, types of common mentalizing problems, and the consequences of breakdowns in mentalizing. The results of this research and reflection on the mentalization failure cycle model, in addition to facilitating relationships and regulating the emotions of children with T1D and their parents, can significantly contribute to the design of a mentalizing problems scale, developing psychological interventions, and improving medical services.

The rule is that humans prefer certainty to uncertainty, that is, when we know that there is a future, but we do not know what will happen in the future, people choose to be shocked in the present rather than wait for an unpredictable situation. This creates the conditions for anxiety in everyone, and it depends on how much one can tolerate uncertainty. The present research was conducted with the aim of identifying and presenting the uncertainty tolerance model to reduce anxiety based on Islamic sources. This research is a basic research in terms of its purpose and qualitative in terms of its approach. In order to analyze the components, the descriptive-explanatory sentences found in Islamic texts and the "content analysis" method were used in the framework of the "method of modeling psychological concepts and structures from Islamic texts (Verses and Hadiths)" method, and documentary method techniques were used to collect information. By seven expert experts, three concepts were obtained: self-assurance, confidence, and peace of mind, based on which, the dimensions and components of uncertainty tolerance were explained, and finally, the considered model was presented.Tolerance of uncertainty in the Islamic approach has two fundamental components, one is "God-awareness" and the other is "perception and harmony with monotheistic realities", which forms the basis of this personality trait by creating a "positive belief in uncertainty", and the person does not feel defeated in ambiguous and uncertain situations with "satisfaction/acceptance", "benevolence", "trust", and "delegation", and his anxiety is reduced.

The prevalence of Internalized and Externalized disorders in Adolescents is on of the serious threats to mental health in the world. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to investigate the causal model of The Internalized and Externalized disorders in Adolescents Based on Impulsivity with the Mediating Role of Adaptive and Maladaptive Cognitive Emotion Regulation Strategies. The statistical population of the research was made up of all male and female students of the second year of high school in Andimshek city, out of which 326 were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method. were selected as samples. The tools used in this research included the youth self-report scale (Aschenbach and Rescorella, 2001), the impulsivity (Patton et al, 1995), and the Cognitive emotion regulation (Garnefski et al, 2001). To analyze the data, the method of structural equation with intermediary relation was used with Amos/18 software. The findings showed that for both indirect paths of impulsivity on internalized disorders through adaptive and maladaptive strategies of cognitive emotion regulation are not significant and reject (p>0/05). Also, the two indirect paths of impulsivity on externalized disorders adaptive and maladaptive strategies of cognitive emotion regulation are significant and confirmed (p<0/05). Based on the research findings, adaptive and maladaptive strategies of cognitive emotion regulation can play mediating role on relationship between impulsivity and internalized and externalized disorders of adolescents. The evaluated model has a favorable fit and is an important step toward identifying the effective factors in internalized and externalized disorders of adolescents.
