The research method was experimental and pre-test and post-test design with control group was used. The statistical population of this study is the conflicting couples of Tehran city. According to the population of conflicting couples in Tehran, their total number was 20,000. Using Cochran formula to select the sample size, 384 individuals were selected as the sample, and among them, the couples who scored lower in the questionnaires, 50 were selected as the main sample, divided into two groups of 25 people. The data were collected by self-efficacy questionnaire Sherer et al. (1982), Life satisfaction questionnaire Diner, Immunes, Larsen and Griffin (1985) and Goranfsky et al. (2001). To analyze the data, one-variable covariance analysis analysis was used. The results showed that Shanker's method based on Adler's theory of self-efficacy, life satisfaction and emotional regulation of conflicting couples in Tehran was significantly more effective than the control group (P <0.001). Therefore, considering the educational effectiveness of the encouragement method, these interventions can be used in family counseling and psychotherapy settings. Intimate marital relationships are the most important predictor of life satisfaction. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of couples' education based on the approach of treatment based on acceptance and commitment and Imago therapy on couple conflict management. The statistical population of this study was the total number of couples referring to Avae Soroush Counseling Center in Kermanshah in 1397, among which 45 couples who had the criteria to enter the research were selected as a sample and available by sampling method. Therefore, 45 couples (husband and wife) were selected and, as a random appointment, were replaced by three groups (15 couples) of Imago therapy, act, and control. In 8 120-minute sessions, one of the experimental groups was exposed to training based on an approach based on acceptance and commitment, and the other group was exposed to training based on Imago therapy. Conflict management was measured by Questionnaire the (MCQ). Descriptive data were analyzed using standard mean and standard deviation and inferential analysis using multivariate analysis of covariance (Manquova) was analyzed by SPSS. The findings showed that in a significant level of 5%, couples 'training based on ACT and Imago therapy approach is effective in managing couples' conflict. The results also showed that couples 'education was more effective based on ACT approach in terms of family relationships and relatives and couples' education based on Imago therapy approach was more effective in emotional dimensions.

The present study aimed at designing a structural model to predict job success through ego strength with due to the mediating role of marital satisfaction and self-esteem. The research method employed a correlation with structural equations. Research statistical population consists of married men and women workers in the East governorships of Tehran Province in 2018. Given that for the structural equation modeling studies 200 to 400 recommended individuals (Schumacher and Lumex, 2009), the sample size was considered to be 300 who were selected randomly using simple sampling. The questionnaires used in the study were Nabi job success, ENRICH Marital Satisfaction, Markstrom’s ego strength Markstrom et al., Eysenck Self-esteem that participants completed them. To test the hypotheses, the structural equations were used. Findings reported that ego strength is significantly positive predicting job success. Self-esteem is significantly positive mediating the relationship between ego strength and job success. Marital satisfaction is significantly positive mediating the relationship between ego strength and job success. Based on the obtained results, we can conclude that ego strength both directly and through the mediation of marital satisfaction and self-esteem can play a role in the level of job success.

The design of this study was experimental and pretest-posttest and follow-up with the control group. The study population included female high school students in Khomeinishahr. The statistical sample of this study included 30 students dependent on the cellphone who were selected by cluster sampling and randomly assigned to two groups of 15 participants. To collect data. the scale of mobile dependence MPAI Lung (2007), Affective family climate of Hill Burn (1964), Parents' Social Support of Prosidano and Heller (1983), Happiness OHQ (1987), and UCLA Loneliness (1980) was used. The results of multivariate covariance analysis showed that sessions of psychodrama with the content of life skills were effective in reducing loneliness, increasing happiness, improving adolescent affective relationships and social support of their parents and these effects stayed stable in follow-up (p

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the extent effectiveness of EMDR on the anxiety Speech and academic self-efficacy in students with social anxiety. The method of this study was experimental design with pre and post-test design with control group. The sample of the study was 30 students with social anxiety that were selected by simple random sampling among the students of the Persian Gulf University. They were randomly divided into two experimental and control groups. Before and after the treatment, self-efficacy, anxiety Speech and social anxiety questionnaires were administered to the two groupsThe results of multivariate analysis of covariance showed that there is a significant difference between the mean post test scores of the experimental and control groups (p < 0.001), so that EMDR can reduce anxiety Speech, social anxiety and Improved academic self-efficacy. Therefore, we conclude that desensitization treatment through eye movement and reprocessing is effective in improving speech anxiety, academic self-efficacy and social anxiety.
