The primary aim of this study was to examine the relationships between Big Five Traits, Social Support and Work - Family Conflict with Emotional Exhaustion. The research population was all employee women teachers in Arak city. 280 members of women teachers selected randomly as a research sample. They completed NEO-Personality Inventory Revised, Burnout Scale, Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support and Work-Family Conflict Scale. Results showed that the emotional exhaustion significantly predicted by linear combination of extraversion, agreeableness, social support and work-family conflict. This variables can explain more than 13% of variance of emotional exhaustion.
