The purpose of this study was to Explaining the causal model of Marital Intimacy based on Attachment Styles, Self-Compassion and Mindfulness in Romantic Relationships of couples in Holeilan city. The research method was descriptive structural equation modeling and the statistical population of the study included all married people of Holeilan city in 2022, among them, 350 people were selected as a sample by multi-stage cluster random sampling. Research tools include the Personal Assessment of Intimacy in Relationships by Schaefer, & Olson (1981), the Adult Attachment Inventory by Simpson (1990), the Self-Compassion Scale by Neff (2003) and the Relationship Mindfulness Measure by Kimmes et al (2018). The structural equation modeling method was used to analyze the data. In this study, the indirect paths of secure attachment to the marital intimacy with the mediation of self-compassion and mindfulness in romantic relationships; and Insecure attachment to the marital intimacy with the mediation of mindfulness in romantic relationships were significant. This model was able to explain 0.37 of the variance of marital intimacy. The results showed that according to the research findings, marital intimacy and attachment styles are related both directly and indirectly and self-compassion and mindfulness in romantic relationships were able to play a mediating role between marital intimacy and attachment styles.

Abstract the purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of emotion regulation strategies train-ing on improving mental health, self-compassion and craving in the addicts of khorram abad. The research method is a pretest_ posttest_ follow up with control group. Sample included 32 men were an addict who was a member of the addicts treated with buprenorphine maintenance of khorram abad.. They were selected by available sampling method and randomly assigned to control and ex-perimental groups. The experimental group received gross model-based emotion regulation strate-gies for ten sessions, while the control group did not receive any intervention until the end of the project. To collect deta, mental health questionnaire (GHQ), self-compassion (SCS) scale and crav-ing questionnaire were used and for analysis, multivariate analysis of variance was used. The re-sults showed that training of emotion regulation strategies training increased their mental health and self-compassion and decreased craving in the experimental group. Eventually emotion regulation strategies training is a useful applied practice in treating and preventing addiction recurrence.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of the combined intervention based on hope and Adler’s lifestyle therapy on self-efficacy, sense of coherence and self-compassion in individuals with physical disability. This study carried out in the framework of a single case study. The sample of this study were two women with physical disability who were selected by purposeful sampling. Before 7 sessions intervention protocol, at first, self-efficacy, sense of coherence and self-compassion questionnaires for determining the baseline were completed by the subjects. Again, these questionnaires were completed at the first, third, fifth and seventh sessions and one month later. Data analyzed by graphical analysis, percentage of recovery and ANOVA with repeated measurement. The findings showed that there were significant clinical and statistical improvements in self-efficacy, sense of coherence and self-compassion after treatment. Within a month of follow-up, improvements were maintained that indicating the sustainability of treatment effects. Considering that the significance level of F values for the difference between the mean of total scores in self-compassion, self-efficacy and coherence is less than 0.05 (p <0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that the combined intervention of hope and treatment Adler’s Life Style has had a significant effect on self-esteem, self-efficacy and sense of coherence in people with physical disabilities. According to the results, the support of the effectiveness of combined intervention based on hope and Adler’s lifestyle therapy on self-efficacy, sense of coherence and self-compassion in individuals with physical disability was provided.
