The purpose of this study was to identify the process and methods of "care" in the family to prevent its crises, which was done with a qualitative approach and data base method. The research community consisted of families living in Tehran in 1402 and included healthy families and families involved in crisis, and 21 healthy families and 18 families involved in at least one of the crises (addiction, violence and betrayal) were interviewed in a semi-structured manner using the purposeful sampling method. The data were analyzed using the Strauss and Corbin method, and the findings of the coding stage were 84 open codes, 9 central codes, and 3 selective codes. The care process in the family consisted of protection, provision and guidance, and some methods of applying care, including preventing harm, respecting limits and boundaries, problem solving, kindness and mercy, handling family affairs, companionship and cooperation, spiritual support and helping It was the growth of the family. The results showed that care is a process that includes the continuous conscious movement of family members to protect, provide and guide the family, and its fruit and consequence is the prevention of harm, the establishment of security, peace in the family.

Aim: The current research was conducted with the aim of developing a model of parent-adolescent interaction with a qualitative approach and based on grounded theory and using the semi-structured interview method. Method: For this purpose, a number of 12 adolescents in the cities of Mashhad, Sabzevar, Joveyn, and Kashmar in 2023-2024 were selected through purposive and convenience sampling and data were collected until theoretical saturation was reached and after transcribing the text of the interviews with the analysis method of Strauss and Corbin. They were analyzed in a three-step process with open, central and selective coding. Findings: The results of open and axial coding led to the identification of 151 open codes and 14 axial categories. Furthermore, the results of selective coding showed that the core category of constructive parent-adolescent interaction is influenced by causal conditions (supportive, interactive and emotional discourse), intervening conditions (inside and outside family factors) and background conditions (management platform) in The form of supportive, interactive-participatory, critical, managerial and creative strategies is the result of which there are consequences in individual, interactive and social dimensions in the direction of parent-adolescent interaction. Conclusion: According to the findings of the present research, it is recommended to use the current model to improve the interaction between parents and teenagers, as well as to design different programs to facilitate and strengthen parent-teenager relationships.

The aim of the current research was to design a self-care culture model for the elderly, which was done in a combined way. This research is fundamental in terms of its purpose and descriptive correlation based on the method, which was analyzed using Excel software. In the first step, the components of the self-care culture of the elderly were identified based on an in-depth interview with 26 university experts using the grounded theory method. The output of this stage was 47 categories in the form of 6 components (self-care knowledge, self-efficacy of self-care, self-care skill, spiritual discipline of self-care, self-centeredness of self-care, and social norms of self-care). Then, in the second step, the identified components were leveled with the interpretive structural modeling method and clustered with MicMac analysis. The results showed that the components of self-care knowledge are at the third level, self-care skills and social norms of self-care are at the second level, and self-care self-efficacy, self-care spiritual discipline, and self-centered self-care are at the first level, and self-care spiritual discipline and self-centered self-care are in Dependent cluster, self-care self-efficacy in the linked cluster and self-care knowledge in the independent cluster and self-care skill and social norms of self-care are placed in an autonomous cluster.

The discussion of lovemaking in Iran is generally focused on an analytical framework based on research and theories conducted in the West..Present research with goal of identify the perception of love making single students based on grounded theory and technique semi- fabrication work has been done. 32 tudents (18 girls and 14 boys) , the method of review, targeted and recruited and data are to achieve theoretical saturation collected and after the implementation of interviews and data entry software to analyze data quality MAXQDA10, Were analyzed by open, axial and selective coding . The results of open and axial coding led to the identification of 103 concepts and16 axial categories . The results of coding selection showed that core category perception love making students affected by the conditions of cause (believed by faith and religious, family atmosphere and parental supervision, challenges and experiences of ethics) , along with the intervention of the (development of personal identity, social and cultural identity of media, new communication) and field conditions of (gender, age, socio-economic status, academic) on the construction of love making with the opposite sex unmarried students in ethics guidelines following the logic; Emotional autonomy and autonomy immoral influences affect the results in the form of marriage, appropriate, sustainable or is random and disproportionate. According to the results, it can be concluded that lovemaking among single students has a range of mechanisms from self-obedience to ethics that can lead students' actions in a negative or positive direction.

Introduction: Family in recent decades have been dramatic changes, this is primarily due to changes in various aspects of the modernization, brings A deeper understanding of the family structure and function. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of modernization accompanied by the development of communication technologies on family structure. Method: the qualitative approach and method was used. Society of This study, were selected and included people who were over 30 years old. Among them 28 people, through theoretical sampling and according to data saturation deep semi-structured interviews were done. Questions centered on: the overall changes and changes caused by communication technologies were evaluated, and at any stage of stuff code open, axial and selective for each was. Findings: major components including : Avoid self, family and community, emotional and spiritual vacuum, change the role of parents, refreshed style connections, virtual world, desacralizing, appearance-oriented, Facilities, lack of comfort, individualism, and tissue culture changes, mental changes, cognitive changes, marriages, families infrastructure changes, decision-making and implementation, Reducing social empathy, the effects of modernity and core components include: structuralism. Finally, and with a focus on the central question of the study, subjects in three major categories circumstances, interactions and outcomes were divided and underlying pattern to understand the effects of modernization with the implementation and communication technology co drawn. Conclusion: the conclusion that as a result of the communications revolution and modernization, Family-focused change within their structures of communication, and external structural changes with a focus on culture and textures.

The purpose of this qualitative grounded theory research was to identify the influencing factors in the process family counseling based on Islamic orientation. So was used by the study of religious texts, including the Koran and the infallible traditions and deep semi-structured interviews with experts. Data were collected through the study of sources and interviews with experts and technical notes. Data analysis was conducted using the grounded theory process of open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. Applying open coding, conceptual reports were categorized in ten abstract categories and then, the process pattern of family counseling based on Islamic orientation was outlined based on the visual axial coding paradigm. The results show that Family Excellence was core category and roles, responsibilities, communication, privacy and behavior of dimensions as the causal condition of family excellence. Family Excellence affected by both strengthened and monitored aspects in a manner that prevents damage and then provide reinforcement to strengthen other aspects. Interaction family excellence with other aspects reach the human to excellence and personal growth in the family. Based on research findings the theoretical model of family counseling with Islamic orientation was developed which can be on the basis of theory assessed, pathology and treatment family.
