One of the goals of the Holy Quran is to guide and guide people to have a healthy society, and in the individual dimension of social health, the Holy Quran has expressed ways to improve it. The present study examined Surah Hajarat case by case with a library method and descriptive-analytical method in order to find solutions to increase the individual dimension of social health. The findings of the research show four solutions in the dimensions of insight, motivation, motivation and action to increase individual health in the society: the first solution titled "vision solution" includes belief in divine knowledge, counting the opportunity to serve God as a blessing, belief in the brotherhood of people in society, and positive thinking. Regarding the members of the society, it is the belief in the equality of the members of the society and faith in God; The second solution, named "Secretary solution", introduces things such as observing divine piety and obeying God; The third solution is "Motivational solution" which recommends things like optimism for the future and hope of getting rewards, and the fourth solution is called "Active solution" to observe courtesy towards the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and not to trust words without an authentic source. respect for each other, peace and no mockery and backbiting. Another important achievement of the current study is the direct connection of the above four solutions to each other, in which case individual health is realized.

Disorganized and invalidating psychological and environmental conditions are the main factors in using non-suicidal self-harm to convey social messages. The aim of this research was the phenomenological study of this phenomenon in female students of the first secondary school of education in Qom city (1402-1401). Its "research method" is "Seven-step Colizzian descriptive phenomenology"; which has been evaluated with the criteria of believability, transferability, reliability and verifiability. The final result of this phenomenological study from semi-structured interviews with 13 participants; In total, there are 6 main themes, 26 sub-themes and 135 concepts. Its agents were mainly messages "indicating chaos" to achieve "negative social reinforcement" (relief from tension and extroverted behavior) or to achieve "positive social reinforcement" (reassurance and attention-seeking). The sexual orientation of the participants is mainly reported as either homosexual or heterosexual. Among the new concepts specific to this research, we can mention "conflict of home, school and media values", "not having freedom of choice", "problem of expressing opinion" and "meaninglessness".
