The purpose of this study was to develop a conceptual model for explaining the job success of school counselors. In this study, a mixed-method with a sequentially guided exploratory approach was used. In the qualitative part, the descriptive phenomenological method was used. In the qualitative part, the descriptive survey method was applied. the statistical population of the study consisted of school successful consultants in Tehran province in 1397-98, Which were about 1300 people. In the qualitative part, the sample was selected by snowball purposeful method, and 10 people were examined until saturation. In a quantitative part, 300 people were selected conveniently and voluntarily. For Data collection was used semi-structural interview, in the qualitative part, and a researcher-made questionnaire on the job success of school counselors, in the qualitative part. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of this questionnaire was 0.81 and its face and content validity were confirmed using the opinion of experts. In the qualitative part, data analysis was performed, using the Colaizzi method, and in the quantitative part using confirmatory factor analysis with AMOS software. The results of the qualitative part, for the job success of consultants, were identified 5 categories, including that professional knowledge, application of knowledge, ability development, job / social interaction, and office activities. The aim of present study was to examine the mediating role of hope in the relationship between self-efficacy and flourishing among counselors and psychologists. The research method was correlational using the structural equation modeling method. The sample consisted of 407 counselors and psychologists who were selected online through social media (Female :319, Male: 88). The instruments used were General Self-efficacy scale, Hope scale, and Flourishing scale. Data analysis was performed by statistical methods of Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling using SPSS-24 and AMOS-24 software. The result of structural equation modeling revealed that the model of relationship between self-efficacy, hope and flourishing, had a good fit. According results, high levels of self-efficacy and hope, predicted greater levels of flourishing. Also, hope emerged as a mediator in the link between self-efficacy with flourishing. This study showed that self-efficacy and hope play an important role in the rate of flourishing and targeting them can promote the well-being in counselors and psychologists.

The study population were all counselors of the schools in the academic year of 97-96 and a targeted sampling method. As a result, among counselors, 10 counselors were selected. Sample selection and interview continued until data saturation. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. All interviews were recorded with the permission of the participants, then, for further analysis, the text of the interviews was carefully placed on the paper and after modifying the themes, they are were thoroughly analyzed and the categories are classified. Findings: Analysis of the findings from the semi-structured interview resulted in identifying four main categories: 1) Failure of the educational guidance process; 2) Testing problems; 3)Awareness; 4) The necessity of facilities for optimal implementation. Conclusion: Based on the findings of the research, it can be concluded that there is a long gap between the ministry's notification guidelines and the correct implementation of it, and the student's academic guidance failed to implement what was enacted in the regulation. Therefore, for the pathology of the process, the corrective opinions of the counselors and experts in this field should be received and the current process of academic guidance should reviewed and revised expertly in order to reach for the desired balancing in the document of fundamental transformation.
