The aim of this study was to identify the determinants of school with high standards of job growth. The research was applied and the mixed method was used in terms of data collection. In the quantitative part, the Student Occupational Standards Questionnaire published by the American School Counseling Association (2004) was used to identify occupational schools, and in the qualitative part, in-depth interviews were used to examine school occupational indicators. The statistical population of this study was all first and second secondary schools for girls in Kermanshah. T After identifying the three schools as vocational schools, in the second phase, 10 agents from the three schools were selected by in-depth sampling method for in-depth interviews. In the last two interviews, no new information was obtained and the data were saturated. After reviewing the data obtained from the research and coding the data of each group in three stages of open, axial, selective coding, a total of 90 concepts related to vocational school indicators were obtained, which were classified into 27 categories, which were finally indexed. Vocational schools were classified into 8 general areas: school education system, non-formal education programs, student job empowerment, school strategies for career growth, quality of organizational relationships in school, supportive school environment, student job resources,

Due to the prevalence of coronavirus among people, especially the affected countries, which has caused anxiety, the aim of the present study was to investigate the causal modeling of Corona anxiety in students based on optimism and resilience with the mediating role of perceived social support. The research method was descriptive and structural equations. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all students of University of Mohaghegh Ardabili who were studying in the academic year of 2009-2010, when 300 people participated in the research online and through virtual networks. Data collection tools included Corona Anxiety Scale (Alipour et al., 2020), Life Orientation Test (Scheier & Carver, 1992), Resilience Scale (Conner & Davidson, 2003) and Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (Zimet et al., 1988). Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling using Spss23 and Lisrel 8.8 software. Based on the results, the causal model confirmed the relationship between optimism, resilience, perceived social support and Corona anxiety in students based on different fitness indices. Optimism, resilience and perceived social support have a direct effect on the Corona anxiety in students; also, Optimism and resilience has an indirect effect on the Corona anxiety in students through perceived social support (P <0.05). Therefore, optimism, resilience and perceived social support play an important role in the Corona anxiety in students and targeting these three components by psychological therapies can be effective in reducing the Corona anxiety in students.

The aim of this study was to investigate the role of of career Selection Skills in predicting the level of students' academic motivation. Method: The experimental design was pretest-posttest with control group. The statistical population consisted of all students referred to Shahrekord University Counseling Center and The sample consisted of 40 students who did not have academic motivation or low academic motivation. They were randomly assigned to two experimental groups (20) and a control group (20). The experimental group trained seven 90-minute sessions. The research instrument was Valerand et al. (1985). The data were analyzed using covariance analysis. The results showed that training of employment skills on internal educational motivation and lack of motivation was significant and did not have significant effect on external educational motivation. Discussion: Training of career Selection Skills has been effective in increasing internal motivation and Lack of academic motivation.

According to the research conducted, optimism is one of the most fundamental factors that enhances security and leads to a healthy, safe and Favorable society. One of the most important factors affecting Students educational motivation is the optimism to the educational system. So, the main purpose of the present study is to examine the effective factors on the students optimism about the educational system. Using Grounded theory, which is on of the qualitative strategies, 30 students of Shahid Fahmideh male highschool in Tehran were interviewed in a semi-structured way. In this study, the data was coded in Three steps of open, axial and selective coding. During the interview process, 33 codes (dimensions) are developed in open coding and four main themes in axial coding were obtained which are: 1- school staff characteristics, 2- environmental characteristics and school facilities, 3- school programs and 4- students features. "The desire to personal growth", as the selective coding of this research, was identified.

The main purpose of this research was to predict the mental health of school students based on life skills. For this purpose, 800 students in the city of Semnan were selected by stratified random sampling method. Then, Life Skills and Mental Health (including 28 items) questionnaires were administered on them. The results indicated that there is a significant negative relationship between the awareness of life skills and mental health. Also the results of stepwise regression analysis showed that in the first step the variable of emotions control entered into the regression equation and explained 26 percent of mental health variance. Thereupon, coping with stress, self-awareness, decision and empathy skills, respectively proved a significant role in the prediction of mental health. Generally, these variables predicted 37 percent of mental health changes. Results indicate the important role of life skills in preventing disorders and offer practical implications for the authorities in charge and policy makers in education

The Purpose of the present study was to investigate the interrelationship between religiosity, coping style and personality dimension and the role of these variables to predict general health of students. The study sample included 209 female students of economic college of Allameh Tabataba'i university witch selected with cluster sampling model. Data were collected by means of ways of coping questionnaire (WOCQ), Islamic Religiosity Scale (IRS), revised NEO five factor inventory (NEO FFI-R) and General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) and then analyzed with statistical ways of correlation and regression. Regression analysis indicated that neuroticism, religious disorganization, religiosity and emotional-focus coping able to predict the significant percentage of variance of general health of students. Between religiosity and personality dimensions, only extraversion is significantly able to predict the rate of both emotion focus and problem-focus coping styles usage in students. Statistical analyses showed that consciousness is also able to predict the rate of and problem-focus coping styles usage in students. Regarding to these results, we can conclude that instructions to students to find meaning of their life and to strengthen religious beliefs can have great effect on their effective coping with stress and promotion of their 6 mental health. Also, regarding the effectiveness of instructions is necessary to let the mothers know how much bearing their personalities have on the way they cope with stress
