The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of time management training on quality of life, behavioral delay and decision making in secondary school students. The design of this semi-experimental study was pre-test-posttest with unequal control group. The statistical population of the study included all secondary school students in Islamshahr in the academic year of 97-96. The research sample consisted of 30 students (15 control and 15 test subjects) who were selected through targeted sampling. Quality of life questionnaire (QOL) (1989), Solomon and Roth Blum (1984), and Akhbarizadeh's decision quality questionnaire (1394) were used to collect data. After the pre-test, time management training was provided to the experimental group during 8 sessions of 90 minutes (two sessions per week). After the end of time management education, both post-test groups were taken. For data analysis, covariance analysis was used. The results showed that time management education was effective on quality of life, depression and behavioral decision of second grade students (P <0.05).

The aim of this study was to determine the efficacy of combination therapy based on acceptance, commitment and hope in improving quality of life in patients with cancer in Yasuj. The research method is a semi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test design with two experimental and control groups. The statistical population of this study included 100 cancer patients who were admitted to Yasuj Shahid Beheshti Hospitals in the 3rd month of 1396 and the first two months of 2018and have clinical records. In a simple random sampling, 30 patients between the ages of 19 and 55 years were selected for chemotherapy in the center and divided into two groups of 15 subjects. In this study, there was no limited type of cancer, and the criteria for entering the study were as follows: being alert, aged 19 to 55 years, definite diagnosis of cancer with the approval of a specialist physician, at least once, treatment with chemotherapy drugs, and for data collection and analysis. Life expectancy inventory and covariance analysis were used. The findings of the study showed that combination therapy based on acceptance, commitment, and hope of health in improving the quality of life in Yasuj is significant level for confirming the hypothesis of P <0.5.

The population studied all infertile women referred to Mrkznabarvry city Sarim has been Given that this research is quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test with control group and placement on a non-random and is voluntary, the sample size for training reality therapy in infertile women referred to Mrkznabarvry city Sarim was 30. Method of data collection to measure the variables of the study, Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (2003), life expectancy questionnaires Schneider et al. (1991), the World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire (1989), as well as teaching reality therapy based on treatment protocols during 8 sessions and the questionnaire was conducted on a sample. To analyze data, descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, variance and plot the ...) and inferential statistics to test the research hypotheses test (ANOVA and Tukey post hoc test) software environment for spss was. The results showed that: learning ways to increase resilience and improve the quality of life of patients unfertilized reality therapy, but had no effect on their life expectancy. Results also indicate the impact on the subscales of reality therapy resilience, but also spiritual reality training of health effects was not significantly different.

The relationship between job satisfaction and quality of life was conducted with the consent of retirement Retired Personnel. This descriptive and correlational study. The population of this research were 300 employees retired National Bank of this city and all of them were selected as the sample was obtained. Instruments measure the satisfaction questionnaire retirement Ahmadi (1389) Quality of Life Brown (1999) and job satisfaction fesharaki Vtalbyan (1388), respectively. Data analysis using Pearson correlation coefficient for the relationship between variables, as well as to predict the criterion variable (retirement satisfaction) were stepwise regression analysis. The results show that components of quality of life and satisfaction and productivity and efficiency factors (job satisfaction Out) of Azbaznshstgy consent to predict job satisfaction. Level of education, marital status, gender has no significant relationship with retirement satisfaction. Therefore, it was concluded that job satisfaction and quality of life Azbaznshstgy satisfaction retired employees of the National Bank with some variables, there is no relationship.

Addiction can cause many problems for the addict and his family, so that the addict's family suffer from more problems. The aim of current research was to investigate the effectiveness of mindfulness training on emotion regulation and quality of life of addict’s Wife. The research method is semi-experimental and the pretest- posttest design with control group was used. Population in this study consisted the addicts’ wife referring to the Addiction Treatment Centers of Rasht city in 2014. 20 ones were selected based on available sampling method and were assigned using random sampling method in two experimental and control groups (10 ones per group). The experimental group participated in 8 sessions of mindfulness training and control group received no intervention. The emotion regulation scale and quality of life questionnaire were used for data collection. The gathered data were analyzed by Spss version 18 using analysis of covariance. The results show that there exist significant differences between post-test scores of the experimental and control group and mindfulness training could significantly increase emotion regulation and quality of life of addict’s wife (P>0.01). Thus interventions based on this approach lead to increasing emotion wellbeing and quality of life of these women.

In the current research the effectiveness of cognitive therapy based on Mindfulness has been investigated on the reduction of posttraumatic stress symptoms and increasing the Autobiographical memory and quality of life in treated patients with breast cancer. The current research is a quasi experimental research with pretest-post-test and control group in a 60-day follow up.24 treated women with breast cancer were selected among the age of 25 to 55 who went to radiation and oncology department of Chamran , Baghiyatallah , Besat and surgery department of Eram clinic and were placed in two experimental and control groups.12 healthy women were also selected (without any history of illness) that were made homogenous in variables of age , level of education , marital status and occupation. SCID interview , autobiographical memory test (AMT),quality of life questionnaire (QLQ) and revised impact of events scale were carried out .The experimental group had been under MBCT training for eight 2-2.5- hour- sessions. Results were analyzed by the use of 18th copy of SPSS software. Applying covariance analysis indicated that MBCT training courses are effective in the reduction of posttraumatic stress symptoms and increase in the quality of life .Also considering the results obtained in follow up ,it can be said that this method can be effective in reduction and prevention of PTSD from getting worse and increasing the Autobiographical memory in treated patients with breast cancer. applying MBCT in medical centers can be considered as a rehabilitation treatment after treating and can play an important role in solving many physical and mental problems that lessens the quality of life
