The main purpose of this study was to investigate The relationship between attachment styles, social support and copping styles with psychological resiliency in groups with grief experience. The population of this study was Ardabil city mourners. 250 mourners from this community were selected through non-specific sampling method. The instruments of this study were Luthanz psychological capital questionnaire (2006), Attachment Styles Scale (Hazan and Shaver, 1987), Social Support Questionnaire (1998), and Adison & Associates Conflict Styles Questionnaire (2007). Data were analyzed by SPSS software version 22 and Amos, by correlation and path analysis. The findings of this study showed that there is not significant relationship between attachment styles and psychological resiliency in people with grief experience. the relationship between family support with resiliency was significant, but there was no significant relationship between friends and others support with resiliency. There was a direct and significant correlation between problem-focused coping with resiliency in grieved people. results showed that secure and ambivalent attachment styles and social support can predict resiliency by mediating role of coping styles. Totally, results shown that research model based on the relationship between attachment styles, social support and copping styles with psychological resiliency in peoples with grief experience has a good fitness. Keywords: Attachment styles, Social support, Coping styles, Resiliency, grief experience

This study is concerned with the moderating role of life satisfaction in the relationship between resiliency and general health in a sample of students. 75 students from among those studying at the Islamic Azad University of Shahr-e-Ray (65 girls and 10 boys) were involved in this study and asked to complete Ego Resiliency Scale (ERS), Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS), and the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-28). The research results indicate that there is a significant negative correlation between resiliency and satisfaction with life and the general health problems. Results of the analysis carried out on the chief and moderating effects based on the structural equations suggest that satisfaction with life could moderate the relationship between resiliency and general health problems of the students. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the relation between satisfaction with life and resiliency and genera health is not merely a simple one and the interaction between different variables could differently influence general health.

This study investigates the role of resiliency, spirituality and religiosity in predicting life satisfaction among the elderly of Baharestan city and also the weight of each of the predictor variables. In this descriptive- correlational research, 280 aged people in Baharestan city are selected based on a multi-stage cluster sampling. For data collections, questionnaires including Connor-Davidson (CD-RIS) resiliency questionnaire, spirituality / religiosity questionnaire by the United States National Institutes of Health, Diener’s Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS), and demographic features questionnaire are used. For data analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient and regression equation coefficients are used. Results show that there is a relationship between resiliency, spirituality and religion and life satisfaction. The regression equation coefficients shows that variables including resiliency, spirituality and religiosity are significantly able to predict life satisfaction (p<0/001). The low variance inflation factor (VIF) indicates that the predictor variables are not in-line. The resiliency is one predictor variables of life satisfaction, but it can be a strong predictor variable with the help of spirituality and religion.

A review of recent articles and studies reveals that most of these researches focus on examining the nature and cure of varied disorders. The postmodern movement creates alternative approaches in the field of therapy and education with new directions for help. The paradigm shift from a reductionistic, problem-oriented approach toward nurturing strengths. Resiliency and resilience with aim of explaining personal and interpersonal abilities which can help the individuals to gain solidarity after disintegration, is one of these approaches. The target population consisted of all volunteer addicts in treatment centers of Tehran which were assigned by random cluster sampling into two experimental (Adlerian therapy and positive psychotherapy) and one control group. Each group contained 15 individuals. The result of this research showed that positive psychotherapy and Adlerian group therapy are effective in promotion of resiliency in drug dependents .According to hypotheses of this study, interventions based on positive psychotherapy and Adlerian group therapy promotes their resiliency but there was no sign of positive improvement in control group.

This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of resiliency based training on reducing high school students' anxiety. Statistical society comprised all high school female students from district nineteen in Tehran city in the academic year of 1389-90. In order to choose the sample group, 120 students were selected using multistage cluster sampling method. In the first round, one district out of nineteen was randomly selected. Then, two high schools in that district were selected. Finally, six classrooms of forty seven classes in those schools were randomly selected. Then, performing Katel Anxiety Questionnaire (1957) and Resiliency Questionnaire (Connor-Davidson (2003), 40 of students who scored above the sample mean test scores of anxiety and lower than average for resiliency questionnaire were selected. According to the research being quesi-experimental, randomly 20 of them were replaced in control group and 20 in experimental group. Then, the experimental group was trained for 10 sessions, each 90 minutes based on resiliency. After training sessions, as the post-test, status anxiety and resiliency of both experimental and control groups were measured. The collected data from pretest and posttest were analyzed using independent groups t test. Results showed that there are significant difference between mean experimental and control groups in a=0/05 in total anxiety factor, state anxiety and trait anxiety.

Resiliency refers to the capacity of human beings survive and thrive in the face of adversity. It is a term that can be applied to people of any age. The main purpose of this research was to compare the effectiveness of Adrelrian's method counseling and cognitive reconstruction based on allegory in enhancing 18-24-year old students' resiliency. The statistical population consisted of all the male students of Tehran teacher training center in which 45 students were chosen as sample group and randomly divided into two experiment groups and also a control group. Then, Adlerian group counseling during 11 sessions and cognitive reconstruction group based on allegory during 12 sessions took part in group counseling meetings once a week, each session 2 hours. Cunner and Daividson resiliency scale CD-RIS were used to gather data and were applied as pre-test, post-test and conclusion. In order to analyze the data, Covariance analyzes and follow-up test were used. The findings confirmed that intervention Adlerian group counseling has made a meaningful promotion of resiliency but the cognitive based on reconstruction in allegory effectiveness didn’t get any meaningful effect. Furthermore, a comparison between the interventions of the two counseling groups in terms of increasing resiliency was not meaningless. Results of 2 group’s scores after 2 months showed that the intervention effect is endurable so we can recognize the intervention in Adlerian way has deeper effectiveness in people interpretation and it is because of the emphasis on recognition and personality dynamics.
