This study was aimed to examine the relationship between loneliness and adolescents' attitudes toward their father based on correlation research. The main hypothesis asserts that adolescents' attitudes toward their father lead to loneliness. Sampling was done through using random clustering method from 235 high school students (131 female, 104 male) who were studying in Marivan high schools. The UCLA scale and Hudson's questioner as well as relevant demographic data were collected. Based on these findings, adolescents' attitudes toward their father can predict loneliness. The more negative adolescent's attitudes toward father, the more they are likely to experience loneliness. The present study examined the influence of gender, birth order and economic status. The obtained results provided evidence supporting the effect of gender on adolescents' attitudes toward their father: in this correlation, boys appear to feel more loneliness. No birth order and economic status differences were found. Keywords: loneliness, attitude toward father, adolescent

Abstract Objectives: This research has been done due to a qualitative study of the causes of the old’s occupational satisfaction referring to their occupational narrative (Lived Experiment) in Iranian-Islamic culture and based on Shafiabady multiphasic pattern. Method: Method of study was done to gain objective information in the mid-structured way. In this respect, the old were interviewed about their occupational narratives and the quality of occupational satisfaction or dissatisfaction. Then, the interview was outlined in the way of narrative therapy and analyzed using Shafiabady multiphasic pattern. Results: What was discussed in the study of the factors and how the old’s occupational satisfaction is or their occupational dissatisfaction of their job narratives were presented and categorized in the form of tables considering to Shafiabady five axes pattern including having a goal, being dynamic, self- imaginary, requirement and decision. In the interview processes we have encountered and achieved some other valuable factors relating to occupational satisfaction existing in Iranian-Islamic culture. Conclusion: One of the main times in life is the old age. If the young pay attention to important factors, useful and valuable experiments of the old when selecting job then they are prevented from dissatisfaction of occupation. As this study resulted from discussion with the old in Iranian-Islamic society, most information of interviewee was capable of analysis. So the comprehensive pattern has been proved. Other valuable pointes found in the interviews emphasized in Iranian-Islamic culture include the role of believes and morality such as believe in barekat - some kind of increase in material and spiritual things by God-, thanksgiving, trust in God, conscience in act, generosity, commiserate in act and using other’s occupational experiments and also the family support to satisfy occupationally. However these mentioned factors corresponds Shafiabady multiphasic pattern and fitted into five axia, in so called society some criteria are special. Through this study we have respected this successful pattern in Iranian-Islamic culture.

This research was conducted to study the spiritual ontology of human from Rumi's perspective in Masnavi-I Ma'navi . Spirit as a human being regardless of his being can not be assumed. On the other hand, Masnavi-I Ma'navi can be called human spiritual ontology which is full of talks about human existance. Rumi is also an intellectual ontologist and holistic scientist who critisized about reduction approaches of human existence. The researcher through a library search and looking up in Masnavi-I Ma'nav'si using Jafari's Kashfo-al-abyat, extracted the related spiritual ontology verses and categorized them into five categories. In this study, Rumi's views on oneness , holism , death, dialectical awareness, dynamism, renovation and attraction as basis of human existence were discussed from psychological perspective. On study of Rumi's poems in "Parrot and Merchant" story and in six volumes of " Masnavi" the human being is introduced as a united whole who is constantly changing .Ontology is based on paradoxes and death is not the end but a change from one state to another. The acting force in life is attraction and is the force that leads us to we are and what we want. In Rumi's spiritual ontology oneness, holism, death, dialectical awareness, dynamism, renovation and attraction are all included. Looking to these basics from Psychological perspective, one can come up with foundations for native epistemology and ontology for psychology and mental health system based on original persian ñ Islamic sources.

The amount of use of corporal punishment is higher among mothers exposed to Intimate Partner Violence (IPV). Children's assessment of domestic violence and their low ability to deal with this phenomenon causes behavioral, emotional and adjustment problems. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of Maternal Empowerment Program (MEP) on reducing the use of corporal punishment in mothers exposed to domestic violence. This research was conducted by A-B-A design method. The participants of this study were all mothers who had experienced IPV during the last two years. The Mothers Empowerment Program was trained to 8 abused mothers in ten 90-minute sessions based on the Sandra Graham Berman protocol. The Alabama Parenting Questionnaire (APQ) was used to collect data in this study. The results of Cohen’d which is in the range of 1.13 to 1.82, showed that the empowerment program for mothers has been effective in reducing the use of corporal punishment of mothers exposed to IPV with children 6 to 12. The results of the present study show that a relatively short intervention program can reduce the use of corporal punishment of parents even in deprived populations with stressful conditions.
