Due to the need to provide a comprehensive definition of spiritual health and determine its components and measure it in accordance with the culture and religion of Iranian society, the present study was conducted with the aim of developing a conceptual model and tool for measuring spiritual health based on Islamic texts.    Methodology: The present study was conducted by a combined method of exploratory type (qualitative, quantitative). In the qualitative stage, by the method of qualitative content analysis with inductive categorization system, unknown variables and components of spiritual health were discovered and the conceptual model of spiritual health was drawn. To validate the data, the method of external audits or approval of relevant experts was used. Then, the tool for measuring spiritual health was developed in the form of a questionnaire with Likert scale in 70 items. In the quantitative stage, in the questionnaire validation process, content validity indicators were used to test the validity of the questionnaire, and test-retest methods and internal consistency were used to assess its reliability.    Results: In the qualitative stage, the components of spiritual health were classified into three main categories: Theology, Cognition of guide, and Eschatology. The theology components included the 6 concepts: monotheistic attitude, certainty, sincerity, detachment, trust in God, and remembrance of God. Components of cognition of guide   included the two main categories: matching manner with the Holy Qur'an (theoretical model), and matching manner with the prophets and the fourteen infallibles (practical model). The first category includes the two concepts of familiarity with the Qur'an and practice of the Qur'an; And the second category includes 22 concepts: submission and satisfaction, patience, fulfillment of obligations, abandonment of prohibitions, thanksgiving, contentment, material pleasure, spiritual pleasure, faithful to the covenant, truthfulness, trustworthiness, good-temperedness, generosity, manliness, assistance, forgiveness, justice, courage, Jealousy, forbearance, modesty and halal Livelihood. The last component of spiritual health is eschatology, which includes the three concepts: resurrection-believing, remembrance of death and asceticism. Finally, the tool for measuring spiritual health was designed based on a conceptual model. In the quantitative stage, a total of 70 items were identified by experts as necessary, relevant, simple and clear, and the validity of the content was confirmed by experts. Cronbach's alpha coefficients showed internal consistency in all constructs and sub-constructs of the questionnaire and the test-retest results in all components confirmed the reliability of the questionnaire.  Conclusion: In the present study, with a comprehensive view of a perfect human being with the monotheistic identity mentioned in Islamic texts, the components of spiritual health are extracted and its conceptual model is designed, and its measurement tools have been developed and validated, which is in line with previous studies in this field.}, keywords = {"Conceptual model","spiritual health ","assessment tools"}, title_fa = {تدوین و اعتبارسنجی ابزار سنجش سلامت معنوی مبتنی بر متون اسلامی مرتبط}, abstract_fa = {یکی از مهم‌ترین جنبه‌های سلامت انسان، سلامت معنوی است که بر دیگر ابعاد آن، تأثیر بسزایی دارد. با توجه به لزوم ارائه تعریفی جامع از سلامت معنوی و تعیین مؤلفه‌ها و سنجش آن منطبق با فرهنگ و دین جامعه ایرانی، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین مدل مفهومی و ابزار سنجش سلامت معنوی مبتنی بر متون اسلامی انجام شده است. مطالعه حاضر به روش ترکیبی از نوع اکتشافی (کیفی، کمی) انجام شد. در مرحله کیفی، به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی با نظام مقوله‌بندی استقرایی، متغیرها و مؤلفه‌های ناشناخته سلامت معنوی کشف‌شده و الگوی مفهومی سلامت معنوی ترسیم شد. جهت استحکام و اعتباربخشی به داده‌ها، از روش ممیّزان بیرونی یا تأیید متخصصان مرتبط، استفاده شد. سپس ابزار سنجش سلامت معنوی در قالب پرسشنامه‌ای با طیف لیکرت در 70 گویه تدوین شد. در مرحله کمی، در فرآیند اعتبارسنجی پرسشنامه، جهت آزمون روایی پرسشنامه از شاخص‌های روایی محتوا و جهت سنجش پایایی آن از روش‌های آزمون-آزمون مجدد و سنجش هماهنگی درونی استفاده شد. در مرحله کیفی، مؤلفه‌های سلامت معنوی در سه مقوله هسته‌ای مبدأشناسی، راهنماشناسی و معادشناسی طبقه‌بندی شدند. مؤلفه مبدأشناسی شامل 6 مفهوم نگرش توحیدی، یقین، اخلاص، انقطاع، توکل و ذکر بود. مؤلفه راهنماشناسی، شامل دو مقوله اصلی ادب تطبیقی با قرآن کریم (الگوی نظری) و ادب تطبیقی با انبیاء و چهارده معصوم (الگوی عملی) بود. مقوله اول شامل دو مفهوم انس با قرآن و عمل به قرآن؛ و مقوله دوم شامل 22 مفهوم تسلیم و رضاء، صبر، عمل به واجبات، ترک محرمات، شکر، قناعت، لذت مادی، لذت معنوی، وفای به عهد، صدق الکلام، اداء امانت، حسن خلق، سخاوت، مروت، خدمت، عفو، عدالت، شجاعت، غیرت، حلم، حیاء و کسب روزی حلال بود. آخرین مؤلفه سلامت معنوی، معادشناسی است که شامل سه مفهوم معادباوری، یاد مرگ و زهد می‌باشد. درنهایت ابزار سنجش سلامت معنوی بر اساس الگوی مفهومی طراحی شد. در مرحله کمی در مجموع 70 گویه از سوی متخصصین، ضروری، مرتبط و ساده و واضح تشخیص داده شدند و روایی محتوا از سوی خبرگان تأیید شد. ضرایب آلفای کرانباخ، نشان‌دهنده هماهنگی درونی در تمامی سازه‌ها و زیر سازه‌های پرسشنامه بود و نتایج حاصل از آزمون- بازآزمون نیز در تمامی مؤلفه‌ها، پایایی پرسشنامه را تأیید نمود .در مطالعه حاضر، بانگاهی جامع به یک انسان کامل با هویت توحیدی ذکرشده در متون اسلامی، مؤلفه‌های سلامت معنوی استخراج، الگوی مفهومی آن طراحی و ابزار سنجش آن تدوین و اعتبارسنجی شده است که درمجموع با مطالعات پیشین در این زمینه همسو است.}, keywords_fa = {"مدل مفهومی","سلامت معنوی ","ابزار سنجش"}, url = {https://qccpc.atu.ac.ir/article_13024.html}, eprint = {https://qccpc.atu.ac.ir/article_13024_6c34a745a6522c1d452c9cbea6fed073.pdf} }
