The present study examined the relationship between the capacity of theory of mind and some cognitive functions of patients with obsessive- compulsive disorder. From among patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder referring to psychiatric and psychological treatment centers in Ardabil, 20 subjects were selected randomly and matched 20 normal people. The data were collected using tasks related to theory of mind, including first and second false belief tasks, and advanced test of theory of mind. Wisconsin Card Sorting Test and Associative Learning Test were also used for data collection. To analyze the data, two independent T tests and Pearson’s correlation coefficient were used. The performance of patients with obsessive- compulsive disorder in all task related to theory of mind was poorer than that of the normal group; however, the differences were significant only in the advanced test of theory of mind. Moreover, there was a significant relationship between the results of the advanced task of theory of mind and associated learning test results. While there was no significant relationship between the results of Wisconsin Card Test and the advanced test of theory of mind. Based on the findings, the basic capacities of theory of mind for patient with obsessive- compulsive disorder were generally maintained Patients; while, there was a significant decrease in the capacities of the advanced test of theory of mind. The decrease seems to be related to a reduction in the memory capacity of these patients. The possible links between memory and impaired theory of mind show the clinical importance of theory of mind deficits in treating patients with obsessive- compulsive disorder.}, keywords = {Theory of Mind,Cognitive Functions,Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder}, title_fa = {رابطه کارکردهای شناختی و نظریه ذهن در بیماران وسواس فکری- علمی}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: نظریه ذهن عبارت است از توانایی نسبت دادن حالت های ذهنی یعنی ثبات، احساسات، خواسته ها و باورها به خود و دیگران و درک این که حالات ذهنی دیگران متفاوت از حالات ذهنی خود فرد می باشد، تحقیق حاضر به بررسی ارتباط بین برخی کارکردهای شناختی و توانایی نظریه ذهن بیماران وسواس فکری – عملی مراجعه کننده به مراکز درمان روان پزشکی و روان شناسی شهر اردبیل 20 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده و 20 نفر از افراد عادی نیز با آنان همتا شدند، گردآوری داده ها به کمک تکالیف پیشرفته نظریه ذهن است و نیز آزمون دسته بندی کارت های ویسکانسین و آزمون یادگیری تداعی ها انجام شد، به منظور تحلیل داده ها روش های آماری T تست دو گروه مستقل و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون به کار رفت. یافته ها: عملکرد بیماران مبتلا به وسواس فکری – عملی در تمام تکالیف مربوط به نظریه ذهن ضعیف تر از گروه بهنجار بود، ولی تفاوت ها فقط در تکالیف پیشرفته نظریه ذهن معنادار بودند، همچنین رابطه معناداری بین نتایج تکالیف پیشرفته نظریه ذهن و نتایج آزمون یادگیری تداعی دیده شد در حالیکه بین آزمون کارت های ویسکانسین و تکالیف پیشرفته نظریه ذهن رابطه معنی داری به دست نیامد، نتیجه گیری: براساس یافته های به دست آمده، توانایی های اولیه نظریه ذهن بیماران مبتلا به وسواس فکری- عملی به طور کلی حفظ شده بود، در حالیکه در توانایی های پیشرفته نظریه ذهن کاهش قابل توجهی به وجود آمده بود که به نظر می رسد به کاهش ظرفیت و توانایی حافظه این بیماران مربوط باشد، ارتباط محتمل بین حافظه و تئوری ذهن مختل شده، اهمیت بالینی نقض تئوری ذهن در بیماران مبتلا به وسواس فکری- عملی را نشان میدهد.}, keywords_fa = {نظریه ذهن,کارکردهای شناختی,اختلال وسواس فکری- عملی}, url = {https://qccpc.atu.ac.ir/article_6067.html}, eprint = {https://qccpc.atu.ac.ir/article_6067_207dc2e50d682ac9d40be9fd71aac5bb.pdf} }
