The design of this study was correlational. A sample of ‌337 married-parent-employed female university students (mean age: 32.35 ± 5.94 years) who were studying at universities of Neyshabour and Mashhad, Iran, were selected in the academic year of 2017-18. The instruments were the Oldenburg Burnout Inventory-Student Version (Reisa, Xanthopouloub & Tsaousisc, 2015), The Role Related Social Support Scale (Xo & Song, 2013) and the Work-Family-School Role Conflicts Scale (Xo & Song, 2013). Using Maximum-Likelihood estimation and bootstrapping procedure, the results of path analysis showed that the proposed conceptual model have appropriate fit with the data. Role related social support components, showed significant negative direct effects on disengagement. Support from school showed significant negative direct effect on exhaustion. The results revealed that work-family-school role conflicts mediated the relationship between support from family and burnout components (p < 0.05). In married-parent-employee female university students, among role-related social support dimensions, support from family, reduces academic burnout through reducing work-family-school role conflicts.}, keywords = {Academic burnout,role related social support,work-family-school role conflicts,women}, title_fa = {حمایت اجتماعی مرتبط با نقش، تعارضات نقش کار-خانواده-تحصیل و فرسودگی تحصیلی در زنان}, abstract_fa = {هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش واسطهای تعارضات نقش کار-خانواده-تحصیل در رابطه بین حمایت اجتماعی مرتبط با نقش و مؤلفه‌های فرسودگی تحصیلی بود. طرح این پژوهش، همبستگی بود. تعداد 337 نفر از زنان دانشجوی متأهل، مادر و شاغل که در دانشگاه‌های شهرهای نیشابور و مشهد مشغول به تحصیل بودند، در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش عبارت بودند از سیاههی فرسودگی تحصیلی اولدنبرگ (ریسا، زانثوپولوب و تیسائوسیسک، 2015)، مقیاس حمایت اجتماعی مرتبط با نقش (زو و سانگ، 2013) و مقیاس تعارضات نقش کار-خانواده-تحصیل (زو و سانگ، 2013). با استفاده از روش برآورد حداکثر درست‌نمایی و فرایند خودگردان‌سازی، نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که الگوی مفهومی پیشنهادی پژوهش برازش مطلوبی با دادهها دارد. مؤلفه‌های حمایت اجتماعی مرتبط با نقش تأثیر مستقیم، منفی و معنی‌دار بر عدم‌مشغولیت داشتند. حمایت از سوی دانشگاه تأثیر مستقیم، منفی و معنی‌دار بر خستگی داشت. نتایج نشان داد که تعارضات نقش کار-خانواده-تحصیل در رابطه بین حمایت از سوی خانواده و مؤلفه‌های فرسودگی تحصیلی، نقش واسطه‌ای دارد (05/0 < p). از بین مؤلفه‌های حمایت اجتماعی مرتبط با نقش، حمایت از سوی خانواده از طریق کاهش سطح تعارضات نقش کار-خانواده-تحصیل، منجر به کاهش فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان زن متأهل-مادر-شاغل می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {فرسودگی تحصیلی,حمایت اجتماعی مرتبط با نقش,تعارضات نقش کار-خانواده-تحصیل,زنان}, url = {https://qccpc.atu.ac.ir/article_10481.html}, eprint = {https://qccpc.atu.ac.ir/article_10481_2fcd042c41d4d77d084ca4b7f4d636b8.pdf} }
