Remarriage is a chance for couples who have lost their spouse for various reasons to re-experience life together. The aim of this study was to identify the problems and challenges of remarried couples and coping strategies of remarried couples based on the lived experiences of these couples.This research was conducted qualitatively using interpretive phenomenological approach. Research Field (Statistical Society) The present study consisted of married couples in Tehran in 1399. Using purposive sampling method, 21 couples were selected from the couples who met the inclusion criteria, and the research data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews privately from these couples. Based on the analysis of interviews, a total of 18 main categories and 108 sub-categories were obtained as categories of challenges of remarried couples and effective coping strategies of successful couples with stable remarriage in two time periods (when choosing a new spouse and during new life). ) Was categorized. However, successful couples have effective coping strategies that are classified into three levels: individual, couple and family and in two time periods (during the selection of a spouse and the time of new life). It can be concluded that remarriage has many challenges, but couples can create a lasting marriage from the beginning by using appropriate coping strategies to make informed choices and deep knowledge of each other and honesty and transparency about the issues of past life and relationship.

Conceptual model of coping strategies confronted the responsibilities of female-headed households: a phenomenological studyAbstractThe aim of the present study was to investigate coping strategies for women heads of households. Welfare was in Tehran. The sampling was first performed as a relative classification of Shemiranat, Shahriyar, Robat Karim and Tehran, then ended with a targeted sampling method of the property within two months until theoretical saturation. Statistical sample (35) of women heads of households, (12) social worker and 6 managers of welfare branches, in total (53) people. The data from the interview were analyzed by open and central coding method. Women's problems: psychological, physical, economic; Child related; Primary, cultural, and supportive families were identified. In addition, the results of 124 concepts, 17 sub-categories, 4 main categories: 1- Individual factors of effective coping strategies (resilience, self-efficacy, optimism, cognitive evaluation, spirituality) 2- Inefficient individual factors (cognitive and emotional distortions, passive style) , Physical-psychological disorders, dysfunctional parenting style) 3- Effective social factors (social participation, social cohesion, social trust) and 4-Inefficient social factors (insufficient participation, insufficient cohesion, insufficient trust and dependent factors)and 2 main themes of effective and ineffective coping strategies were identified. Based on the comprehensive multimodal hierarchical model, The effective components of spirituality, resilience, and the dysfunctional components of lack of trust and social cohesion, as well as the dependent and passive style in the female head of welfare, were more sensitive.. Sciences Health care workers, especially female nurses, experience a great deal of psychological distress while caring for Covid 19 patients. Identifying the psychological problems of nurses that disrupt their mental health while caring for these patients and their coping strategies can help reduce their psychological distress. The aim of this study was to qualitatively investigate the psychological distress and coping strategies of female frontline nurses in Covid 19 disease. This research was conducted in terms of applied purpose and with a qualitative approach and phenomenological method. The research samples were saturated by selecting 20 female nurses (in two ranges of work experience of at least 5 years and 20 years and above) using snowball and targeted sampling. Video telephone interviews were used to collect data. Interviews were analyzed using thematic analysis based on the model of Brown and Clark (2006). Findings from the interviews were extracted and classified into six main themes: anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, fear, sleep problems and constructive strategies (sedation, self-adjustment, use of supportive resources). Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that female frontline nurses under the influence of Covid 19 disease have experienced various types of psychological distress and in addition to paying attention to their constructive strategies, the necessary measures should be taken in this regard and also attention to experiences.

Aim: The purpose of the present research was to study the effectiveness of structural family therapy coping strategies, family cohesion and adaptability in couples with marital dissatisfaction. Methodology: The plan of study was semi- experimental through pretest, posttest with unequal control group with a two-month follow-up plan. The population of the study included all couples had marital dissatisfaction referring to counseling centers of Zahedan in 2019. 30 couple were selected as target sampling and randomly assigned to two experimental groups (15 couple) and control groups (15 couple). In order to collect information in three stages of pre-test, post-test and two-month follow-up, were used Lazarus coping style questionnaires (1988) and Olson's family adaptability and coherence scale (1986). Data were analyzed through Spss software by repeated measure analysis of variance. Findings: The findings show that structural family therapy is effective on family cohesion and adaptability and problem-solving strategies; it should be noted that the effectiveness of treatment is maintained after two months (p 0 0.05). Conclusion: Based on the findings of the study, it can be concluded that structural family therapy can affect on coping strategies, family cohesion and adaptability in couples with marital dissatisfaction.

The goal of this study is to compare the effect of training the skills of coping with stress and coping strategies on mental health of female students. In this experimental research with pretest-posttest design, the statistical population consists of female students of Hamadan Islamic Azad University. 300 students are selected by random sampling. Then, after administrating the mental health questionnaire, 60 persons with highest scores are selected and randomly assigned into three groups, each consisting of 20 students (two experimental groups and one control group). The assessment tool is the mental health questionnaire S.C.L (90)-R and the data are analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance. The findings indicate that training the skills of coping with stress and coping strategies could significantly improve the mental health of students. The comparison between the effects of training the skills of coping with stress and coping strategies reveals that coping strategies have more effect than training the skills of coping with stress on mental health of female students
