The present study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of mindfulness training based metaphors of Molavi's Masnavi on components of psychological capital among depressed female students. In this study, to extract the metaphors of Molavi's Masnavi, directional qualitative content analysis and quantitative content analysis were used with MAXQDA software. The identified codes were validated by coders' reliability method by 5 psychologists who were approved with a degree of agreement of 0.85% and were replaced in the mindfulness protocol. In terms of data collection techniques, the research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test-post-test with a control group and one-month follow-up. The statistical population included 195 female students who were psychology students of Chalous branch in 2019-2020 academic year. Forty students were selected through purposive sampling method that achieved high scores in Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) and were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups (20 people in each group). The content of mindfulness therapy sessions based on metaphors of Molavi's Masnavi was performed in 8 sessions of 90 minutes for the experimental group. Data analysis was performed using SPSS-22 software and mixed analysis of variance method. The results of statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference (p <0.05) between the mean components of psychological capital (self-efficacy, resiliency, hope and optimism) in the experimental and control groups and also maintained its status in a one-month follow-up. Thus, it can be concluded that mindfulness therapy- based metaphors of Molavi's Masnavi improves the psychological capital of depressed female students.

Low levels of marital commitment can lead to profound problems in couples' relationships and can lead to hatred, jealousy, jealousy, competition, revenge, humiliation, lack of confidence and the like. The purpose of the present study was to compare the effectiveness of problem-based couple therapy based on Islamic approach and meta-cognitive-meta-cognitive couple therapy on marital commitment in couples referred to counseling centers in Sanandaj. The present study is an interventional and quasi-experimental research (pretest-posttest with control group) and is an applied research. The target population included couples who referred to counseling centers in Sanandaj . Due to the nature of the study population, voluntary sampling method was used to select the sample of this study and Adams & Jones (1978) marital commitment questionnaire was administered to them. Statistical analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was used. In general, the results show the effectiveness of both problem-based sexual therapy based on Islamic approach and meta-cognitive-meta-cognitive couple therapy on marital commitment. Therefore, these approaches can be used as a therapeutic paradigm as well as an educational model to prevent deepening conflicts and to improve couples' relationships through couple therapies.

Marital intimacy is considered as a prominent ability to build long-term and satisfying relationships. One of the psychological factors affecting marital intimacy is self-differentiation. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of self-differentiation components (Emotional reactivity, Emotional cutoff, I-position and Fusion with others) in predicting marital intimacy in Couples. Using the convenience sampling method, a total of 100 individuals were selected as the sample size. For data collection, the Walker and Thompson (1983) Marital Intimacy and Skowron and Schmitt (2003) Self-Differentiation Questionnaires were used. Data was analyzed using Spearman correlation and univariate regression analysis. The results showed that among the subscales of self-differentiation, only the emotional cutoff subscale has an inverse and significant relationship with marital intimacy (r = -0.363 P <0.01) and is able to explain 15/2% of the variance of marital intimacy.According to the results, emotional cutoff plays an important role in marital intimacy.

The aim of the present study was to predict wisdom based on the perception of fathering mediating role of ego strengths in students. The method of the present study was correlation of structural model type. The statistical population included 24,000 students of Tabriz University. The sample size of the study was 190 participants and was selected by cluster random sampling. Participants completed the Ardelt’s (2003) Wisdom Scale (3D-WS), the Dick’s Fathering Scale (2004) (FS), and the Psychological Inventory of Ego Strom et al (PIES) (1997). All structural model calculations were performed using AMOS-24 software. The results showed that ego strengths has a significant mediating role in the relationship between perception of fathering and wisdom in students, but is not directly related to the wisdom of students. In general, it can be concluded that the behavior of the father is one of the factors that indirectly, by strengthening the power of the ego, can predict how wise their children are. Accordingly, it is suggested that the frequency and healthy presence of the father in rising of wisdom in children be considered.

This study investigates the role of resiliency, spirituality and religiosity in predicting life satisfaction among the elderly of Baharestan city and also the weight of each of the predictor variables. In this descriptive- correlational research, 280 aged people in Baharestan city are selected based on a multi-stage cluster sampling. For data collections, questionnaires including Connor-Davidson (CD-RIS) resiliency questionnaire, spirituality / religiosity questionnaire by the United States National Institutes of Health, Diener’s Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS), and demographic features questionnaire are used. For data analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient and regression equation coefficients are used. Results show that there is a relationship between resiliency, spirituality and religion and life satisfaction. The regression equation coefficients shows that variables including resiliency, spirituality and religiosity are significantly able to predict life satisfaction (p<0/001). The low variance inflation factor (VIF) indicates that the predictor variables are not in-line. The resiliency is one predictor variables of life satisfaction, but it can be a strong predictor variable with the help of spirituality and religion.

One of the important issues in the field of women studies from the viewpoint of the Qur'an on "coverage" is that coverage of the body has been put as an inborn need in them. Muslims paid special attention to Chastity in coverage as the most obvious symbol of Islamic cultural society from the beginning of Islam and at different Islamic periods. The women's coverage is one of the requirements of the religion of Islam that has been explicitly considered as obligatory by the Qur'an and the traditions of the Prophet and Imams (peace be upon them) and in the words and fatwas of jurisprudents to its necessity and its quality. With all the importance and position that the issue of coverage in the religious culture, today lack of chastity in coverage as a serious cultural and social damage among the female students due to their age, educational and cultural background is more sensitive. Why don't some of the students observe chastity in coverage? This research sought to find the missing link and a meaningful relationship between the questions as well as the theory of the research and the lack of observance of chastity in coverage in some of the undergraduate students of Allameh Tabataba'i University. The method of this field research was the use of the questionnaire. Ideological weakness, lack of commitment to performance of religious devotions, the family system, seeking beauty, as well as society and mass media are among the important factors involved in the non-observance of chastity in coverage among the population of the statistical research.
